Excellent - staff very helpful, buses clean and ran on time. On return you just use the phone in the arrivals hall while you wait for your luggage and the bus is waiting for you when you get outside. Highly recommended, will definitely use again.

Simple to book. Fairly easy to find (especially at 5.0am) Good transfer system and meeting back at airport. Car ready and waiting. Would use company again.

Extremely efficient, staff on the ball, and transfers waiting both ways, so no hanging around. Car very close to exit so no difficulty in finding it, and no long walks.

Apart from security, it's only time that matters and the distance from the airport was made inconsequential by punctuality..A much better feeling to it all compared to their rivals.

I have just used APH Brimingham for the first time and would have no hesitation in using it again and or in recommending it to others. We managed to book in only the day before we travelled. The service both to and from the airport was very efficient. No problems at all.

I had never used APH Birmingham before, but was amazed by the ease of use, efficiency and courtesy of the staff and rapid transfers. So much so that I am happy to recommend this service to anyone, and will definitely use it again.

we found it impossible to find the area, and had to pay again to park at the ncp car park....we arrived at birmingham in good time, but after searching,we had to park else where...

1st class service beginning to end. Arrived at car park and were taken to airport within 10 mins, collected from airport again very quickly. Very friendly and helpful staff!! Would certainly use again. Thanks.

Arrived at 2 a.m. an hour early. No problem, driver offered to take us to airport immediately but we chose to wait for next customers to arrive. On return, simple instructions for pick up, although took longer than expected but it was rush hour so understandable.

Excellent. Before I booked up I read some of the reviews and I was a bit wary, but time was running out, so I booked up, and how some of the other people can moan about the service I dont know. I thought it was brilliant. Definitely use again, thank you.

Quick check in, coach waiting, pleasant helpful staff, coach arrived within minutes on arrival back in country, cannot fault service, second time I have used APH for Birmingham airport and both times received same level of service.

This was the first time that we had "dared" to use airport parking/transfer. We will now do this all the time, thanks to a great experience. The booking was easy. The instructions on how to find the car park were detailed. The staff fantastic. The transfer to and from the airport couldn't have been easier and more comfortable. Well done on a truly remarkable service. You will be the only site we go to.

Perfect location when traveling South from Nottinghamshire on M42, as we did not have to pass through the traffic calming, or go near the NEC, which can be busy. Will use again when traveling from Birmingham Airport.

Upon arrival the car was left outside of the office ready for a member of staff to park. The coach was ready to take us to the terminal. Upon return at 2am it took approximately 1 minute to receive my keys and locate my car. Excellent service, friendly staff, would certainly use again!

The fact that you park the car and return it to the location near to the bus drop of point, staff polite and helpful. This was the first time we had used this service and we will be using on our next holiday. Thank You.

The driver was most helpful and lifted our luggage on and off the bus (with a smile) nothing seemed too much effort for him. The staff in the office were very friendly even though it was very early in the morning when we arrived. Thank you, this is the third time we have used APH Birmingham and would definitely use it again if flying out of Birmingham Airport.

I was really impressed with this parking. Yes, it is a good 15 minutes away from the airport, but that's why it is such a good price. I was impressed by the frequency of the buses, the instructions for getting the bus on my way back (a telephone number was provided, so that the bus could be waiting by the time I was out of the baggage hall) and how easy it was to find. I am definitely recommending this parking. I hadn't been to Birmingham airport before and all in all it helped make it a real and valuable choice above Heathrow, my usual.

Only problem I had was finding the bus stop when returning to Birmingham. As it was the first time I had flown from Birmingham I couldn't remember where we were dropped off. I followed the airport signs for the buses but they lead to the public service buses. Found it eventually however there was a large queue there for a number of different buses then when the first bus comes in it gets chaotic as people are unsure if the person in front is queing for that bus or not and therefore everyone is reluctant to go to the bus as no one likes a push-in!

I have used off site parking before but this was efficient, and organised. There was a full bus load on collection and I thought it would be a long time collecting my vehicle, I was wrong, It took approx 5 minutes to clear everyone.

We felt secure in the knowledge that the safety of our car was paramount to APH. They were always courtious and helpful at all times. We will certainly use this facility again for our next holiday and the cost for the two weeks was so reasonable. Carole D
