Staff extremely helpful, not just at the car park but the bus driver lifted our cases on and off which was most helpful in the early hours in the rain !!! Just one thing - please could you put a sign on the Farrady roundabout to turn left as we got very lost. Thank you will be seeing you again soon. Alison Hill

Good, speedy and efficient service compared to other car parks I have used. Transfer was a little lenghthy at about 15 mins but didn't wait too long at either end, about 10 minutes. Drivers good and car returned as left. Price the most competitive when I booked.

I didnt appreciate cigarette ash in my car, the only person who could have put it there was the APH staff

We travelled in the height of summer with three children but there were no problems. We hadn’t used off site parking before but will not hesitate to use APH again. It was very quick and easy to book the car in and get taken to the airport and just as efficient when we flew back home and collected our car.

I found the weighing scales very handy,the service was excellent, the only thing wrong was that it stated you could phone to them from the ryanair terminal and you cant,? john

This is the first time that we have used this carpark, and definately won't be the last. We were dealt with efficiently, quickly,and politely. It was all done on the internet, and that was easy. I would recommend this to my friends, as even with 2 children and lots of luggage to deal with, there were no problems. When we got back to Birmingham Airport, we rang APH using their Curtosy Phone, and as soon as we got our luggage, went straight to the Bus Stop, and the bus arrived. We got on, straight back to the CarPark, got our keys, and security number, and we were then on our way back home. Very efficient.

Everything about the system worked beautifully. We found the car park from the directions; the bus driver loaded our suitcases, we got to the airport in plenty of time to check in. On our return, we 'phoned through, the bus was waiting out the front of the airport (just as well, it was raining!) and our car was ready. It was the most straightforward and hassle-free part of the entire holiday (barring the days spent lying on the beach).

Very peased with the service and would definitely recommend to friends and family. It made the journey to and from the airport very relaxed and stress free.

The car park was very easy to find and it took only 10 mins to book in and board the transfer bus. The journey took about 15 mins. On arrival back at the airport we used the courtesy phone to inform APH and we were picked up 15 minutes later.The whole experience was very good, efficient with no fuss.We will definately use APH again.

Every time we use APH, both at Gatwick & Birmingham, we do so knowing that the service will be good and we dont have to worry about reliability. Thanks again for a great service AAA+++

Completely hassle-free service! Efficient paperwork, then we were straight on the transfer bus and deposited right outside the terminal. On return, very late at night, we were concerned by the very full bus back to the carpark and thought it would take ages to collect keys etc, but it took seconds and we were on the road straight away. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else next time.

Could not find phone in baggage area, given duff info by person at info desk, return transfer not good! Otherwise very good service

Only takes an extra few minutes over parking at Birmingham - less hassle to find a bus to the departures . Car appears safe and secure in a confined area with plenty of staff around .At a big discount to Airport parking it was well worth it.

Easy to find location, quite a distance from the airport but service was fantastic and was easy to get back on the motorway when heading home!!

Apart from slight difficulty is locating the site, everything was good. The entrance could be slightly better.

arriving back at 2am we were a little unsure of any wait for the transfer .delighted to report transfer bus was there and the collection of the car was so smooth.well done to all involved.

Very easy to find. Bus waiting for us when we dropped off car. Quick transfer to airport. Return just as hastle free. Staff very helpful and courteous. Will definetly use the service again and recommend it to our friends.

The place was easy to find, the staff were very efficient. Great help with the cases. At the end of your holiday you do not want to be hanging around waiting for buses, but the transfere time was minimal, no problem retrieving our vehical, all in all an excellent service which I will highly recommend and use again
