I use the facility regularly and the service is always efficient and reliable. Transfers are always regular and the onsite parking appears very safe well lit etc.

Excellent value for money - the only complaint I have is that the sign to the car park on the main road wasn't particularly well lit up in the dark so missed the turning first time round, other than that can't fault it.

Could have been a better experience if we were given departure timing for the shuttle transfer to and fro the car park. We could have been better prepared.

Well organised and supplied the necessary service efficiently and smoothly. Good value for money. Collection from airport could be better at night. Told to use dedicated phone up at baggage collect (if at Terminal 1) - but phoned when on the concourse, after looking for money for the telephone, only to be told it was waiting at the airport - wasted 40p!!!! Are there buses going to different APH car parks, with different colour codes? - if so not told about them.

Searched the web and this was the best price i could find. Impressed by the security that was evident when we arrived. Check in and bus transfer was nice and easy. Bit of a wait for our bus on the return journey but overall would be happy to reccomend APH Parking

Easy to make a booking and easy to contact when we wanted to change our outward journey time. The only hiccup was finding APH in the dark - follow instructions and then watch out for the rather small APH logo at the roundabout to avoid a stressful few minutes! With hindsight it was easy and we'll know for next time!

Efficient service although the man on the desk was not very friendly. I never found the freephone call box by the carousel to let the company know our flight had landed. Fortunately there was a bus waiting - although due to work at the airport, pick-up point was unclear.

to be short it did what was promised i turned up my car was parked the staff were helpful,transfer on time there and back very good value for money.

Site was well signposted and easy to find. Bus was ready to take us to airport on arrival. Easy check in with carpark staff. When we returned,the bus arrived within 10 minutes of phone call. Minimum of fuss and value for money. Would use again.

Everything went smoothly from dropping the car off to picking up again. Didnt see the baggage weighing machine that someone else mentioned on their review of the place. The only gripe i can think of was the price of the parking, whilst it was quite cheap, this site makes it quite known that booking as far from the flight as possible for the cheapest deals. I booked about 2 months before the flight and checked the prices the night before we went and the price was cheaper! Never mind. :)

i droped my van off with no fuss and was taken to the airport on time and on my return it was a fast service back to the carpark

clearer directions needed Sat Nav totally useless when post code used ended up in a field! At airport curtesy phone not available and bus left from a different point to the directions given to us

For anyone travelling from the north of Birmingham this has definitely got to be the best and most cost effective way to park. Access from the M42 is very good and the transfer to and from the airport is quite stress free. I will definitley use again when flying from Birmingham.

Have used this facility three times now, not had any problems. It is reasonably priced and not too far from the airport, would consider using again in the future.

The parking was secure, the key return process very efficient and the staff were keen to help. The transfer from the site to the terminal took about 15 minutes, but there was very little waiting around. A really good operation.

Very helpful staff. Driver helps with baggage. Secure car park. Recommended. A+

Will use APH again most definitely. Online booking really easy, staff very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service prompt and comfortable both inbound and outbound. Good value or money and will definitely use APH again

Got better value than we expected, as when staff found the car battery to be flat they recharged it before we had to pick the car up, with the offer of further help should we need it.

Went like clockwork. Will use again. Our only problem was finding the place as the post code locationon Google led us astray.

Good value, although had to wait longer then anticipated on return for a bus to arrive at the airport, but as soon as it arrived it quickley returned us to the car park.
