I would use the service again and recommend it to anyone. It would help those using SatNav to have a postcode as the address alone will lead you to SW Birmingham.

I particularly liked the elctronic security gate at Birmingham, it gave me a confidence that my vehicle would be safe and secure.

Good and easy to find - but quite a long transfer to the airport. Signage to the site also really needs improving too. Overall, handy and a reasonable price, would certainly use again

Not a lot more to say , but keep it up. There are a lot of grotty car parks around. Fortunately you do not deal with them

aph was easy to find being outside birmingham i missed all heavy traffic,parking was secure,transfers were good will use again next time i fly from birmingham.

Excellent service and transfers only 15 minutes to the airport by coach. The pick up service from Birmingham was very good we rang up the car park once we got to baggage reclaim and the coach was waiting for us once we got through customs. I woudl us this service again

Driver was very helpful with my luggage. I was travelling alone and had 2 suitcases. Not much waiting around.

Staff were helpful, the tranfers were fine and ran regularly. We would definitely use the Car Park again.

On arrival checked in no problem given return instructions and bus was waiting outside and we were on our way within 15 minutes. Would recommend to others in fact that is how we came to use it!

I found the company via internet, and although concerned about the distance from the airport and length of transfer decided that it offered good value for money. Drop off and collection to/from airport went fine. I will use this parking again.

APH is definately one I will use again. I have already recommended it to my friends. It is the right side of the airport for where we live and the return to the car took us a good distance towards home. The only fault was not of APH's making but caused by the upheaval at the airport during building work - the area for pick was not clear as there were many people milling around for different companies.

Easy to find, well signposted. Staff friendly and helpful, transfers both ways very good and comfortable. Could possibly do with more signs for the direct car park phone used to notify parking staff that you need collecting in arrivals area.

Easy to book parking on line. Easy to find car park and check car in. Car was kept safe while I was away. Courtesy bus easy to find upon my return especially as I had been delayed! I would definatly reccommend this service and I have already booked it for next years holiday.

The directions were clear and precise. We arrived at 4am and found the service excellent. On return the car was parked almost next door to reception so we didn't have to haul the luggage up and down rows of cars as we have experienced in other car parks. Superb value for money.

There are not many occasions when I would reccomend companies to others but on this occasion I have no hesitation. We travelled as a family and took my mother who is 74 years. The staff particularly the driver was exceptionally helpful. They could not do enough for us and in terms of timing, as I described above we couldn't believe it on both the outward and return journeys. Just Thanks to APH for a job tremendously well done.

I have used your off site parking several times because your prices are very competitive across the market. I will always be looking for the best price and will bear in mind location and facilities.
