The price was only cheeper by a pound or so, but went with this company anyway.I liked the fact it was so easy, they e-mail you with sat nav info and normal directions to the car park which was easy to find!Frendly staff and the bus was right there to take us to the air port! coming back the bus was there to take us back to our car. No hassle, definately recomended to any one! Hope this helps! Have a nice Holiday!!!

Another excellent experience with your Birmingham team.A most polite and professional organisation throughout - reception, transfer and return. I do and will always recommend you to all my friends and family.

The taff were helpful, I had help with my cases on and off the bus. My car was looked after whilst away. I have used this service several times and feel that it is value for money.

Slight difficulty finding the car park - think we took the wrong turn at the roundabout. But other than that timely pickups and comfortable shuttles.

Thoroughly professional service and very reasonably priced. My only (minor) problem is the distance from the airport which meant that we had to wait around 15 minutes for the bus to pick us up on our return. That certainly would stop me from using APH again and recommending them to others. Thanks.

The only fault, if you can call it one, is that the Birmingham APH is not easily found, APH signs need to be posted along the roads leading to APH. Other than that...excellent service and facilities!

Everything was like clockwork so I would definately use APH again although this is not the first time anyway. The only slight fault was the indifferent approach of the receptionist on arrival which fortunately was not repeated by any of the other staff we encountered.

As it was the first time we had used this car park and there was a traffic diversion in operation on the M42, it was a little difficult to find in the dark....a slightly clearer APH sign at the nearby roundabout would help; but the facilities were good, staff were pleasant and it was good value for money.

I would prefer now to leave my car in a long stay car park on the airport and pay more. I don't like the idea of someone else moving it round the parking areas while I am away. We returned to find small scratches and scuff marks along the nearside passenger door, for which we have to now get quotes to repair and consequently we will lose the use of the car while it is being resprayed (and presuming they will accept liability on sight of the quotes). Although APH office staff handled the matter courteously and quickly,I feel the 'moving the cars' staff may not be the most careful when handling other people's cars. If you have to use the facility, go there in an old banger.

We phoned your office as soon as possible after flight landed - before awaiting our luggage - but still had to wait in the cold for about half an hour before the transport arrived. It had been snowing, but the roads were clear. It would also help travellers if there was an indication at the bus queues of where to wait for APH. We were queueing with travellers booked elsewhere and accused of jumping the queue when the transport arrived - before they realised they were booked with other companies!

Was most impressed by the friendly service, and the buses were clean and quick to transfer to the terminal. Well organised as well. Only thing missing is meet and greet option, otherwise no complaints!

Overall very pleased with the service provided at APH. The staff were friendly and efficient and no time was wasted getting us to the airport. The return trip was trouble free with the use of a coutesy phone at the airport to inform APH of our arrival back in this country. A good service that we will definitely use again.

friendly staff secure 24hours had a bit of a wait in the cold at birmingham but was cheaper than rest so overall good value for money

Services all very good - no complains. However use their written directions to find it...Using TomTom, the address and postcode will send you 26miles from the carpark (Quinton), and the co-ordinates send you somewhere near Norfolk!!

Overall, the experience was a pleasant one. Friendly staff and quick transfers. However, the only negative is the instruction given on the receipt instructing the use the APH customer phone at Carousel 6 to inform of your arrival ... although Carousel 6 is non-existent.

Really nice service, was difficult to find parking, as I missed the sign (it is not very bright and big).

Easy to find, good security, friendly staff. Slightly disappointed at the length of time it took the transfer coach to leave, since there were no other customers.
