Took some time to find car park despite using sat nav. Eventually found a very small sign indicating where car park was. On arrival back advised to use courtesy phone located at carousel 6. The phone was well hidden behind a pillar.

The transfer bus was there waiting when we arried and took us straight to the airport. As soon as i got into the baggage hall in Birmingham i called APH and then i only had to wait for about 2 minutes outside for the coach back to the car park.

Staff were very helpful. Especially the driver on our return. Credit to the company. Didnt get his name unfortunately but very helpful.

Smooth transfers, big comfy coaches. Some distance from airport so allow 15 minutes for the drive alone. All round excellent service

Poscode of B46 1AL put into sat nat led us to the wrong area of Birmingham. The signage to the car park was also poor. Generally all else was fine.

I have used this company twice before and would have no qualms using them again. The service is real value for money and my car has always been well looked after whilst away. The transfers are usually swift and the driver helps you with your cases, especially good when your a single parent with 2 children.

We found the APH Parking experience a very efficient and reliable one, the staff were very helpful and friendly and although the parking area was quite a distance from the airport the bus transfer was on time and got us there with no problems at all. I wouldn't have any hesitation in using the service again or recommending it to my friends and family!

got off flight phoned freephone number and aph knew i was coming and said a bus was on its way. After picking up suitcases walked to bus stop and coach was there.

I was travelling alone and was a bit nervous as the motorway was gridlocked. On arrival the receptionist was very friendly and assured me that it would still only take 15 mins to get to the airport and it did. The bus driver carried my bag onto the bus while I raced to the loo and he too was lovely. Arrived back at Birmingham at 3am and there was a bus waiting at the terminal. Was back in my car heading home within 20 mins. It couldn't have been better.

easy to use and find, regular transfers to airport. would defintely recommend APH.

we found the aph parking very well organsed did a trial run a few weeks before to locate it and glad we did as just a small sign on the rounabout but apart from that it was nice not to have to lug cases to he onsite car parks ,the bus picked us up right outside the door and we relaxed while he drove us out of the busy airport roads

car park was easy to find. booking in very efficient. immediate transfer to airport and collected promptly when we returned

I usually get lost trying to find airport car parks - partly because they are often so out of the way and partly because the directions are so poor! But APH Birmingham was just minutes off the motorway and the directions were clear and easy to follow. Checking the car in and out was quick and efficient and all the APH staff were friendly and helpful. This is great value for money and, although it's a 15 minute transfer from the terminal, it's well worth that little bit of extra time. I would certainly use APH again.

Signs to Site not very good, as is off Hams lane, not on Hams lane, when mentioned to staff on site was just ignored. Not ver good!!!!

its the best way to get to birmingham airport by car. This the fourth time we have used your company, and its still as good if not better than the first time. thank you for all your help Mr I Stevenson.

The park is a bit of a trek from the airport and uses motorways that could become clogged at peak times. The organisation was slick and security appeared to be as one would hope. The dedicated telephone in the baggage claim area was where indicated, but the sign was not very visible and took searching to find. If near location to terminals is not a requirement, I would recommend this park.

Good value for money considering how safe your car is. It is behind a locked gate. Good quick transfers too. I would reccomend it, just as safe as the more expensive options.

i was a little frustrated at transfer to airport as I'd just missed one coach and I felt the wait for the next one was longer than necessary

The whole process was straight forward, quick and easy, we will certainly use this service next time we fly.

All proceedings went without a hitch, however my one criticism relates to the drop off point at the airport. We were dropped outside terminal 2, but were departing from terminal 1. Our party included my 85 year old mother in law for whom we had requested airport assistance. However, to access this help we had to check in which required my mother in law to walk a considerable distance. A second drop off at terminal 1 would have been agreat help.
