was wary that the number plate recognition system would not work but no probs with that and the route to follow to park the car was very clear. One slight winge in that we were kept waiting at stansted for the bus back to car park and then he dropped off staff at staff car park before taking us to get our cars so felt like it took forever.

our car had a lovely time in the long stay car park. when we got back it told us that it had been very well treated and had had a good chat with a nearby volvo. would definitely park there again.

Spent rather a long time on arrival driving round past empty car parks that said closed. Finished up in a car park that was so full had trouble finding a space! On return fortunately we were first on the bus. We waited quite a while for other passengers. It was so full I am surprised it moved. That was okay but we dropped off airport worker/s en route and I am sure it took twice as long as when we left. Saying all the above we would use the same car park again.

Transfer was very quick. Just remember to make a note of which car park and row number you left the car in!

Excellent although the exit signing for prepaid is somewhat confusing - there should be one or two exits solely and clearly dedicated to prepaid ticket holders: I was delayed on exit behind users showing paperwork to the booth staff.

On arriving I fould myself in the entrance gate without a numberplate recognition camera and had to back out and go in the lane with a camera. Did not see a sign indicating the camera lane, if there is not a sign it would be very useful to have one. On departure I got stuck behind a car who found that it could not proceed out through that gate so I had to reverse back to let the other car out before I could exit through that lane.

It was good to be able to retain the car keys, as in most other Airport Car Parks, one has to hand them over.

we save time, resources and extra cost by using this facility. This is not only value for money but savings. I would recommend to all. Keep up good service.

Tha actual parking and transfer sytem was ok having done it on many previous occasions although tiresome trying to find the correct zone! Our main gripe was coming back to the car at 3am after a delayed flight only to find the next morning, when light, a 15 inch scratch down the drivers door, where someone had obviously dragged a case between the 2 cars!! Annoyed really doesn't cover it!

Excellent parking service, reasonable price, highly recommended. If only the service at the airport itself was this good everyone would be happy!!

We lost our Parking Ticket but it this caused a minimum of delay thanks to the helpful attitude of the staff.

When you enter the carpark watch for which zone they want you to park.Then park, get out and straight on the bus. On return the flight was delayed by two hours but the barrier let me out no problem. Great service will use again.

A very efficient service. We parked up,went to the bus stop. One bus was quite full, so pulled off, but another bus was waiting behind. He pulled up and every one got on. Straight to the airport. The same coming back. We waited about 3 minutes until bus came. No big crowds because I think they were so frequent. Dropped us off at our car and we were on our way. A very painless experience. Just what you need at the beginning and end of your holiday.

I cannot comment on the staff except the coach driver who was polite and courtious. It was very easy to book with good directions to the car park. We did not have to wait for any of the transfers.

The facilities were good. My car was safe. The transfer to the terminal was easy going and coming. More Lighting is needed in the evening to aid finding your car though. I suppose I would have been slightly concerned for MY safety if I was on my own at 11pm at night.

Everything was straight forward from booking to parking All the information was easy to understand could not have been better

Because of a £14 pound discount the stay (4 days) was made affordable, at the full price I would have considered getting a lift to the airport. I think it would be worth your considering keeping your prices low and maximising public use.

liked the new scanning system on arrival, buses were frequent and no waiting on return, even though late at night, which was a bonus

return coach ride to car park was dire we were herded on to an already full coach,luggage racks were full,suitcases had to be placed in isle at our feet,more people pushed on by your staff after us, many people, my 77 year old mother amongst them had no access to bars or straps to hold on to while bus was in motion,driver was braking erratically, chaos at bus stops as luggage racks were blocked by people and their cases. A poor finish to what could have been a good service.

Simplicity itself. No contact with anyone other than bus drivers but didn't need it as everything was self-explanitory and very straightforward. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and recommend.
