We were very happy with our holiday parking. I had to change my car and therefore the car registration details on the booking beforehand and found customer services very helpful with this. We were delighted to turn up and find the camera on the barrier recognised our car reg and that the coaches to and fro to the terminal were very frequent. Its the second time ive used this company this year and both have been easy to use and a competitive price. Many thanks for the good service received.

The whole experience was very efficient and easy from the moment we arrived at the barrier! I would definitely use it again!

20 minute + wait at Stansted for a coach to the long term parking Zone F, there were long queues of people waiting for coaches to the long term car parks. This particular day was dry and warm, but I certainly would not be booking into long term parking at stansted when I go away on my winter holiday

This was the best parking expereince I had ever had. The automatic recognition was a real bonus. The bus was available on arrival and departure.

Good value if you book online in advance - about £5 per day. Entry is automatic and immediate, via number-plate recognition, as is exit. You must note your location and bus stop as it's a huge car-park. Transfer does take a good 15 minutes, plus time awaiting bus, so allow at least 30 minutes. Return bus driver very helpful in calling out stops. Highly recommended, but it does take time.

Upon arrival and departure the whole process was painless and worry free. Busses were there when we arrived at the car park and the terminal which was great because it was 0200 hours. When we saw and needed staff they were extremely helpful and friendly. Signage within the large car park was excellent.

Going from carpark to airport very good and no problem Return trip we waited for 20- 25 mins for bus to pick us up it was at 17.30 and there were people waiting at each stop so it was not just our area that was a problem The buses were coming in empty so it was not as if they had had loads of people to pick up from the car park Staff should have made them aware sooner that there were queues building up at the airport and have more buses running at peak times

On return trip the driver was not helpful (he thought he was being funny by being sarcastic instead!) when I asked for assistance in checking if its the right coach I was boarding and another of his colleagues had to offer advise. When we actually arived at the car parks again the driver could not be bothered to explain over the tannoy properly what bus stop was for which car park and everyone onboard was trying to work out where we were! Then he tried to drive off without opening the door to let me off - Perhaps he needs to go back to Customer Service School before he does anymore trips!!

This was quicker than before on exit, partly because we did not have to pay extra, but also because we did not have to fish round for credit cards, and they marshalled us through quickly.

Very easy to use, just drove out car parka afterwards- no waiting around. very simple, cost effective with no delays whatsoever

we were the last stop and it was extremely busy - apart from this the service ran efficiently and we reached our end destination relatively quickly.

I have used this service many times and allways very happy. Everthings running smooth. A+

very easy to find, directed to spaces available, transfer buses arrived very quickly, on return just missed one bus but another arrived within 5 minutes, excellent value for money, have used this carpark several times and will continue to do so,

The driver on this paticular night was excellent, just like a tour guide. Very friendly and helpful in every way. He got the journey off to a good start.Full marks.

Overall it was good but the attitude of the bus driver from the car park to the terminal was terrible. He was rude and unhepful to all passengers and seemed not to care.

We purchased three cups of tea on our arrival back to the uk and the coach drive was very rude when stating that we could not take them on the coach, even though they had sip lids on them. These had to be discarded at a cost of £6.00 which seemed very unnecessary, there were no statments to this affect at the bus stop as had there been we would not have risked wasting the £6.00. In contrast the guy on the gate as we drove out could not have been more helpfull when the reader did not recognise our number plate and it had to be manually entered

The parking services were value for money. The transfer to the airport was quicker than advertised. Overall excellent.

Everythig was smooth. On the way back we have got on a wrong bus (going to a different zone of the long stay parking). It was not very clear from the beginning that the long stay parking had three different zones served by different buses. However, the driver was very kind to change the route to bring us to our car.

As described, prompt service, I would recomend to others. Cost was slightly higher than I would have expected (but still reasonable though), slightly lower rates would have made it perfect.
