the parking here was excellent, although was annoying that the automatic numberplate recognition cameras weren't working when we arrived, so needed help leaving from staff.

Comments based on only two uses of the car parking facility: The directions given for turning off the Motorway would be more clear if the exit were identified as being the same as for the airport as the junction number is currently obcured by some other signage or a gantry. Also the lighting in the car parks could be better. Otherwise the service sems to be all that can reasonably expected.

We could get in the car park without any delay at entry and could go out on departure without any problem or delay. In some car parks in the past we had experienced lot of delay while collecting our car and this was not the case in Long Stay car park.

In years gone by, I used to park in short stay and then mid stay to avoid having to use the long term car park - and the extra time and inconvenience it involved. Whilst it is true that you need more time if you are using this car park, the quality of the service has been improved to make it less of a chore. The coaches were plentlyful, drivers friendly and the automated booking/advanced payment works a dream.

Having travelled in peak August, the only issue I had was not being able to get on the first bus back to the car park, so an extra wait at the terminal of 15 minutes but other than that a generally good service. One thing I would like to see is the drivers being a bit more cheerful and less patronising to the passengers.....

I have used Go Simply for parking arrangements at Stansted on numerous occasions. Booking and payment is on line and you simply await your registration to be recognised at Stansted Long Stay car park and take your ticket, go to the designated parking area, take a bus to the terminal, holiday, take the same trip in reverse and put the car park ticket in the machine on exit and leave. Simple, cost effective and hassle free - even if you forget to wait for the registration recognition ticket you simply give the ticket and your prnted instructions from Go Simply to the "manned" exit.

Well organised - staff on arrival pointing you in the direction of vacant spaces and on return a very helpful driver telling you exactly what stop needed.

I had read some reviews before hand which intimated that some parts of the parking experience were difficult, i.e. the registration recognition system, but we didn't experience any problems at all. The recognition system worked very well and was very quick. We had the same thing when we left - absolutely no problems at all. I would definitely use it again.

All very good, and the one piece of constructive criticism would be the transfer back. We were in Zone Z. The bus stops have very clear maps which do not show zone Z, and this made me worried after a long journey and a two week holiday since last being there (I began to think I had written the wrong details on my ticket and it could take hours to find the car). Zone Z is then divided in to numbers!!! Luckily I did recognise the stop and could see my car from the bus. Thank goodness it was daylight. Overall that was minor and we had a good experience.

I almost missed the lane which stated pre-booked or paid tickets on my way out! And another thing, we waited almost 40 mins for the bus transfer to our colour coded parking.

What particularly impressed on both the outward and return bus transfer was the jolliness of the bus drivers. Both were friendly personable and attempted to add a personal touch which was clearly appreciated by all who traveled on the bus; their sense of humour was great and put you in the holiday mood.
