It took a long while after going through Customs to reach my car - about 1 hour! Also the exit signs in the zone and in the whole car park are not always clear - or even exist in some vital areas.

car parking was excellent,we parked up the bus was ready to go which was good,came home and did not wait long for our bus to arrive to take us back to our car,everything was fine thank you.

Great value by booking early. Very convenient, easy to find and transfers easy and regular.

Service on arrival was good, coach arrived within two minutes and went straight to terminal building. On return (around 10.45pm), transfer bus was waiting at terminal but remained at stop for approx. 10 minutes until full up, then went 'round the houses', dropping off at staff car park first, then every part of the car park before arriving at our zone (Z). This seemed to go on forever (in reality 25 minutes or so from boarding the bus), not appreciated late at night when we had a 3 hour journey in front of us.

I booked in with a wrong car registration number, gosimply resolved the error with excellent customer service.

The long stay car park is easy to find, transfers were straight forward - no problems.

My only gripe would be the return bus to the car park at night was late and seemed to pick up from all stops at the airport so the colour coding and zone letters was a bit pointless. Maybe it is different during the day.

*Got directed at 5am in the morning to an 'open' parking zone, which actually had NO empty slot. Pure carnage. Loads of drivers were similarly messed around & had to REVERSE out as silly car park has dead ends! *Humungous queue for transfer bus to airport! *Inept trfr back to carpark, got dropped at wronmg car park! *Rude staff at exit. When i asked the guy to confirm the exit barrier, he reconfirmed addding a helpful , 'i wasnt saying it just for my health'. Nice. Customer Service - NOT *MOST PAINFUL & RUBBISH CARPARK SERVICE THIS YEAR!!! & PROBABLY EVER!

It would really help if buses were more frequent in the early hours of the morning, ours was not!

The arrangements were very simple and striaghtforard - very satisfactory.

It was easy to book, simple to get to, instructions were straightforward and that made for a stress free experience checking in and more importantly, exiting, especially after a long flight... unlike that at other airports we have had.

The new method of recognising your numberplate was fine and straight forward. Same when I left. No problems. The only problem had was the bus broke down on its way to the car park! However, a replacement soon arrived. I have already booked my next trip and car parking.

There isn't much choice for parking at Stansted and therefore little competition, leading to non-competitive pricing. Gatwick, Heathrow and Luton parking have a number of competing operators which ensures best value.

Whilst my car was parked at this car park, I felt very happy that it was in a secure and safe environment and thus my holiday began without the stress of worrying about my car's safety. Additionally the bus transfer was very efficient and the driver was very helpful. Recommended!

I had a good experience. I noticed that I got of the bus at zone A but there was 2 bus stops and should of taken the second one. It would be good to have more guidance than the row number and split each row into parts. This was a part can be linked to a bus stop. A quick job but helpful. Thanks Barry
