clear directions on arrival on where to park. All car parks clearly signposted. On return the driver clearly states which stop is next, giving you time to prepare to stop and get your bags. Quick transfer time and frequent bus pick-ups. Couldn't be simpler, bus stops right outside the terminal.

It was the first time we had flown from Stansted but we found that car parking was exactly as described in the email I recieved. Buses were punctual and clean, we found everyone very helpful and friendly. For me it took away the stress and worry for a first time traveller.

Close to airport and easy to get a bus. Well worth paying the extra couple of £s to be closer to the airport and not hanging around. When we got back from our trip we stepped straight out of the airport and onto a bus and were with our vehicle within 10 minutes. Excellent!

I booked online and was somewhat confused at first by the existance of different car parks run by different companies with different prices. But the differences (connection times etc) were fairly clearly explained, and I guess the competition is a good thing. The experience of parking was much easier than I imagined - just be sure to have the same credit card on hand that you used to make the booking. On arrival, insert your card, follow the signs to the currently open zone, park your car and catch the bus, noting your zone and bus stop. The bus happened to be there when I arrived and waited for me to board. The journey is quick (5-10 mins) and drops you right outside the terminal. Coming back, clear signs helped me find the bus stop for mid-stay parking, which in any event was probably the same place as drop-off. Insert the same card again and you're off. All in all a good experience, although the price is steep for the casual flyer - almost as much as my flight, which, together with petrol, can make driving to Stansted an expensive proposition. Might be a good idea to book longer than you need, in case your flight is delayed. Check prices and compare - a few extra hours may not cost any more.

Although i should have read the instructions, i did not as i felt the number recognition camera would take care of the ticket, so took the ticket offered. so exiting caused a problem and i found the girl a little tetchy when i asked for a receipt.Please can you e-mail me a receipt so i can claim on my exp. thank you

My fault, I forgot the location car park that I had parked in. I walked to customer services office,. They could not have been more helpful. They even took me to the correct location. Apperently there is a communication method at each bus stop to contact customer services. I was not aware of this. Is it publicised? If not it should be.

the driver leaving to go to the aiport left behind someone when they were only walking along and it would have taken less than a minute to wait. this person was not with me but i thought that to be bad. on the way home the guy had an attitude problem and was very rude and abrupt with passengers he also was breaking sharp and driving erratically causing people standing to stumble. maybe it was because it was xmas and he didnt want to be there but this is no excuse.

Clear directions from the main roads to a large car park that was very customer friendly. Coach ride to Airport only took about 10 minutes, however, there was a very long wait for the coach on our return, which meant that it was also uncomfortably crowded (perhaps not what we had expected considering the cost).

The booking was easy. When we arrived the ticket machine did not accept the bank card we booked with, but we pressed the help button and the lady was very helpful and issued us with a ticket to use to exit the car park on our return. This did not cause us any inconvenience. We had no problem at all with the transfers either way. We didn't even have to wait 5 mins for the bus.

Overall really good - no major suggestions, would recommend that you have some kind of queue system in place at the airport - my bus was empty but had there been a lot of people then it would have been a made dash - those that need the most help (with small kids etc) will always lose out

As far as I am aware....my stay at the car park was just over the 48 hr period..I booked 48 hrs from 1200 hrs -1200 hrs driving up from Oxford, in the event I arrived at 1145hrs & left at 1210 hrs & to my knowledge did nt have to pay any extra for being a 20 minutes over. If that remains the case service is excellent, if I have paid extra; service is very bad as they had n't told me !! At the moment am very happy & would use again..probably the best recommendation one could give.

As we had paid on line we were supposed to enter our credit card into the ticket machine to gain access into the car park. It would not accept the card so we took a normal ticket and went in to see the cstomer service person. She was very rude and unhelpful, telling us all the time we should not have done this and that. Her parting shot was that she didn't really care as when we returned on monday evening she would not be on duty and so she would not have to sort it out. On our return, there was a different lady in customer services, who was fantastic and sorted it out straight away.

I used eparking for the first time about 2 years ago, now whenever I fly I always book parking here as it is so convenient. Maximum I have ever waited for a transfer to the airport has been 5 minutes. On returning the Bus Drivers inform you as to which stops are due up. Pre booking is so easy and no hassel at all.

Being a frequent traveller from Stansted and having parked at other car parks before, I must say that eparking is simply the best for mid-stay parking. It was easy to find, there was a bus waiting and with an extremely short journey, there was absolutely no hassle involved. Will definitely be using them again ... and again!

I found it easy to park (the open zone was signposted) but when I came back it dawned on me that being close to stop 15 was not good - we drove past each one in turn and stopped at many. To be honest you could halve the number of stops in my opinion and not impact too badly the distance you would have to walk. Otherwise close to airport, and a reasonable price given that fact.

The friendliest airport bus driver ever. Arriving at Stansted at 2am after a delayed flight he was a breath of fresh air. He even conducted a straw poll on the bus with fellow passengers so we didn't have to visit every bus stop. Will definitely use eparking again.

-Price good - cheaper to park than to get either a cab or a train from London -Convenient - easy to get to and have the car with you rather than having to slog it out on the train / coach -Returned on sunday night and have to say that the bus back to the car park was a bit of a nightmare. We had to wait quite a while for one and then it was absolutely full we just made it on even though we were very near to the front of the queue

One problem that I did encounter was that my credit card was refused at the car park entrance. On enquring my registration was not recorded at the security office. I had proof of the transaction and was duly let in. A gliche in the system perhaps! Apart from that, all was well....

Arrived at 3am on a Saturday morning. Easy directions to follow, plenty of parking spaces. Had to run for the bus, not sure how long we would have had to wait otherwise! Return journey was fine, bus stop immediately outside the terminal, waited about 5 mins for a bus on Bank Holiday Monday.
