eparking Stansted was exactly as advertised. There were good instructions and good signage to car park. Shuttle bus ran at the advertised frequency so there was no delay in getting into the airport building, which is important when you have an early morning flight. It was good value for money - as a single passenger it was not a lot more expensive than getting the train to and from Stansted, but a great deal more convenient.

Extremely easy to book and reasonably priced. Everything was exactly as described and there were no problems at all. Highly recommended.

eparking is perfectly situated off the A120. Barrier entry worked first time for pre booking. Parked and waited just 1 minute for bus. From entry into car park to entering the terminal was less than 10 minutes. On return, bus was waiting outside terminal and within 10 minutes we were out of car park and on our way home. This car park was totally hassle free and I would definitely use it again.

Great airport and parking service - never been before and will use again. BUT entry barrier says insert credit card you used when you booked. It means DEBIT cards OR credit cards. Otherwise excellent.

With children, luggage and an early morning flight, parking close to the airport and hopping on a bus that took us right to the door was a convenient, warm, quick way to arrive.

Arriving at the carpark, there was a coach within 5 minutes to take me to the airport. On arrival back to the UK I was at my car within 25 of landing - super efficient and very easy to use.

Excellent facilities with very short transfer to airport.

Finding the car park and vacant slots was really easy. Was a bit irritated to stand at the bus stop and see coaches lined up waiting but not moving. If I had been tighter on time (as I usually am) I would have been getting very twitched. Once on the coach was fine. Upon return was very irritated to see three Long Term coaches leave before the mid-term coach turned up and then had to wait for a further 5/10 mintues as there was not enough room on the coach.

Well laid out carparks with good signage and wide parking spaces, convenience (near to terminal), ease of use (particularly credit card access/exit when there at 0430!), easy to use website, good clean modern quiet regular buses, calm helpful drivers. Best on or off site airport parking I've used. Well done.

Both booking on line and use of sevice were very user friendly. Would use this service again.

Wasn't any cheaper than say Pink Elephant yet felt very unsecure, transfer van was a heap and all felt a bit amateurish. Would not use again.

Works well and didn't have to wait long for the bus transfers. However it is getting to the stage where airport car parking can be more expensive than the flight itself!

Good bus service, well laid out site, feels safe. As you would expect with any comments it can be less expensive, but that's life.

We arrived in the dawn and had little trouble finding a space near a bus stop. Bus arrived quickly. On return, had to sit in the bus with doors open for a period - rather cold at 23.00.

Waiting outside the terminal at 11pm last Sunday with a large crowd of people who could not all get on the bus when it did finally arrive. The bus driver was unable to stop at all the car park stops because it looked like he was the only bus operating. £33 was a con for this level of service for 3 days parking. Gatwick North terminal is £8 per day.

Only complaint is that the coach back to the carpark does not return to the different bus stops in any order...so you can be last to be dropped off.

I was very happy with every aspect of the service provided by eparking. From the ease of booking on the net to the very good communications. Ease of getting in and out of parking area. Transport to and from terminal. Emailed directions of how to get to parking area. Easy fast and efficient service. Recommended.

Staff were helpful in the booth when I arrived as I had managed to mess up my internet booking. This was very refreshing! I would definitely use the facility again.

I would use again, overall the service was efficient.

The ticket barrier didn't recognise my credit card that I booked with, I had good help from the staff then, but on the way out I had to take booking confirmation to the cash payment booth and have never met such a miserable booth attendant, no smiles, no eye contact, no have a nice day, not even a thank you! Apart from the lady who clearly doesn't like her job, it was fine!
