We found the whole eparking experience great, it's easy to book, easy to get to and close to the Stansted airport.

The most convenient part of parking was being able to use my switch card at the barrier on entrance and exit rather than using a parking ticket system.

Easy to book, near to terminal (short bus ride) very quick on arrival, 10 minute wait on return.

On the day we arrived they were having problems with their prepaid booking system and we had to show our confirmation instead of just putting in our card. However staff were on hand to explain the problem and apologise. Buses arrived promptly on both legs of our journey.

The bus service eventually arrived for pick up and it seemed to take ages to get to Stansted airport. Never met any staff so cannot comment on them. Better signage is needed at the airport as to where to go to get bus back on arrival.

Users should be informed that they must take the bus stop number AS WELL as section when parking their car. I overlooked this and had slight difficulty finding the car!! My fault!

Easy to book - instant confirmation - good instructions - easy to use. I recommend this parking facility.

I would recommend Stansted eparking. Very easy and you have your own transport at the start and end of your holiday. Rather than relying on friends or buses. Yes is probably expensive but good value.

The parking is well signposted, entry is easy, if you use a credit card just insert the same card you booked with and the barrier goes up. You're then directed to the current park in use; just remember the letter of the park and the bus stop number for your return. There was no shortage of transfer buses for the door to door service. The return is just as easy. Outside Stansted Airport terminal, jump on an eparking bus, get off at your bus stop, in your car and to the barriers. Insert credit card again, drive out, all major routes well signposted. An easy and cost effective Airport parking experience that comes well recomended!

All round good service, a great start to my trip.

We parked in the Airport car park and thought it was a bit pricey for a few days, I don't know how much it would cost for a week or two! Eparking is a very easy car park to find and book online. On arrival..... you put the same credit card that you booked with in the slot and the barriers open, then found a space and parked the car. There are lots of bus stops and went to our closet one, within minutess there was a transfer bus which took you right to the terminal entrance and the same coming back. In summary a very easy to use car park!

Easy to find from motorway; good access, clear signposting of zones available for parking; waited approx 12 mins for bus so in ideal world would have liked bus there a little quicker; dropped us off right outside terminal. Waited approx 10 mins for pick up when 3 buses turned up together.

When we arrived the woman on duty at the kiosk told me that I would have to wait until the time I had first put on my pre-booking form. (I had pre booked with a credit card.) Thanks to her unhelpful attitude we had to wait in the cold and dark for several hours. When we returned to pick up the car, the chap on the kiosk told us that she was wrong and we should have been allowed in to park and then could have waited for our flight in the airport departure lounge, not in the car. When we next had to park at Stansted we used a different provider!
