On our transfer from the terminal to the car park we were advised by the bus driver to ring the bell when he called our parking area. None of the passengers could locate a bell and too many passengers would not use the luggage facilities on the bus but clogged up the walkway making it difficult to exit the bus. Minor complaint but irritating! Will use the service again.

This was the first time I have used your service.I had difficulties booking online and the connection kept disappearing and I had to go through the connecting procedure several times. In the end I was given the incorrect date for my return, as a consequence was overcharged nearly £30 on my return. I am very unhappy about this.

Ifyou book in advance you need to put the credit card you used on line in at the barrier rather than requesting a ticket. This is only written in your email confirmation so make sure you check the details from the company you book with or you will pay twice.

We remembered where we had parked our car but the bus stops were vague. We got to a bus stop checked with the bus driver who told us we were'nt at the right stop and sent us to the furthest stop. Waited again only to be told that our original stop was the correct one. walked back and waited again and hoped for the best.Only one of the three bus drivers attempted to be helpful, one was indifferent and one was balatantly unhelpful. All this happened at 11.40pm with 4 children.Not a great end to what had been a long day.

On arrival you are guided quickly to the parking area. Coaches are frequent and we waited but a moment. Transfer time is extremely fast. On return the coaches had to handle quite a few travellers, and having been unable to fit on the first coach, the 2nd coach arrived within seconds. Recommended, but a bit pricey

Straightforward parking. No handing over of keys etc. Perhaps the automatic gate could issue some sort of ticket with the company's name on it as I left all my paperwork in the car and as there are several other parking companies operating at the airport, I had forgotten which company was mine. We arrived at 3am on a Tues morning, the signs for the open car park were clearly indicated as soon as you enter Stansted. We found a space extremely quickly and all areas are designated very clearly. There was a shuttle bus within 5 mins from our stop it was really easy and hassle free! The same applies on our return. Will def use the e-parking again.

I had no problem catching a coach to the terminal building, but a bit of a wait on return. The coaches themselves are clean and comfortable, but the luggage racks are not always practical, as the top level is so high, you would injure yourself if you tried to put luggage on it. Also, there are insufficient buttons to press for requesting stops. I had no dealings with Car park staff so it is pointless having to fill in a rating between bad and great!

It was not clear when you came out of the terminal where to pick the mid stay bus up from. Long and mid stay were stopping at the same bus stop. Also as I pre-paid you do not get a ticket so you have to remeber wher you parked the car. A ticket helps you record that

The deal online was the cheapest, it meant that the transfer to airport was really quick, especially on the return. The only draw back was not getting through the barrier straight away, despite using the card that I booked online with. Not sure how you would sort this out though

Booking confirmation form gave unique booking reference number, which was stated to be required on arrival at car park. There were no signs at Entry barrier asking for this. Barrier machine gave out normal ticket. On exit had to manually produce booking form and ticket to staff, who were able to authorise my exit. Slight delay here. The instructions on booking confirmation form need to be ammended.

When I put in my credit card to enter the car park( as I had pre booked)the barier opened straight away and therefore I did not press for the ticket, this delayed our departure from the car park when we returned. The ticket shoul either automatically print, or some notive should be put up explaining you need the ticket, at the moment it seems optional

It was all so simple. As we parked a bus pulled up and waited for us to unload our cases and walk over to it. On our return we had literally only a couple of minutes wait and the bus was there. Both times the drivers were really helpful and friendly. We really couldn't have asked for more.

Had difficulty finding car on arrival, due to lack of proper info from bus driver on return. Bus had travelled at least twice around the whole car park before arriving at our parking area. You need to be told when you are travelling to the car park the best stop number for your car - not piecemeal during the drop-offs.

Finding the car park following the direstions was ok, it was clearly signposted. Card worked in the machine so got access into the car park fine. Parking was easy, access to other parking areas were closed directing me to the appropriate one, lots of bus stops so not far to walk with luggage and bus waiting for passangers when got there. When exiting car park, card did not work in machine, had to go to attendant in kiosk adjacent to the exit barriers where swiped card no problem and was on my way. Al in all a good experience and would use again.

Very impressed by the entire system: 1. Ease of price comparsion 2. Paying on line 3. Being able to use card at entrance & exit 4. Close to bus pick up. 5. Only a short time to wait. 6. On return - clear directions from the bus driver as to his route.

Everything went smoothly, other than the entry gate machine sucked my bank card back in when I didn't take it out quickly enough. However, there was a man in the ticket office nearby who told me to park up while he retrieved it for me. Thank goodnesss he was there!

Easy to pre book, much cheaper and no ticket to worry about loosing. Excellent signs to carpark and bus transfer was as stated - only had to wait 1 minute to be picked up going & 5 mins at terminal and journey time less than 10 mins. With all security at airports now, much less hassle.

The carparking was very straightforward to book and on arriving it was simple to enter and park. I arrived late at night and was pleased to see bus shelters and good lighting. My only complaint is that the bus seemed to take a long time to arrive. The return trip and exiting the car park could not have been easier.
