I exited from the M11 on last Thursday evening (11.08.05) in a blinding rainstorm which did not let up throughout the whole of the parking process. However, signage was so good I was not hindered in reaching the L zone of the Mid Stay parking lot. However on my return (Sunday 14.08.05) I was double charged because the barrier control mechanism failed to recognise that I had purchased a pre-paid voucher some days earlier. Despite a sheaf of emails and phone calls the overpayment of £39 has still not been repaid. This I regard as grossly inefficient and damaging to the reputation of your company and its various partners, all of whom are dodging responsibility for the serious failure of the recognition mechanism in the exit barrier.

Simple from start to finish. Paying up front not only got us a discounted rate, but using the payment card for entering and exiting the facility was so much easier than the ticket scheme of other parking services.

Booking service very efficient. From entering the car park to entering the temrinal took less than 15 minutes, and there was no waiting. The return trip from the terminal was busier, and we had to wait about 20-25 minutes to get on a bus. I'd use this service again as my first choice.

Of all the London airport parking facilities I have used, eparking Stansted is by far the best and most efficiently run.

With the expense of the train to Stansted, if more than 1 of you is travelling for a weekend break it is cheaper and often more convenient to drive and park. Booking on-line convenient, directions and instructions of how to access car park quite good. However, very disappointed to find that having paid eparking in advance, had been charged again by Stansted carpark. Called and wrote about this. Received indifferent response " oh this sometimes happens, just write in with copy of bank staement showing both payments and we'll refund". No apology and 2 weeks later still haven't been refunded. This makes me think that maybe the train is better value, if you are changed twice and have to keep chasing for a refund.

Because we booked only 48 hours or so in advance when we got to the barrier and put in our credit card it kept rejecting it - so we had to get out and wait at the barrier to discuss - they told us to push for a ticket and keep with the information and on exit we would need to produce the booking form and the ticket - didn't take too long but had it been busy it would have been a bit of a pain.

Although I have left my car at eparking Stansted before, I found this experience totally stress-free as the directions to the car park are greatly improved. It is also very convenient to not have to struggle on trains and buses with a suitcase (anyone who has travelled across London to Gatwick would appreciate how tedious and hectic this can be!). The transfer between car park and terminal and vice versa were brilliant as was the coach driver on return, making it quite clear at every stage exactly what row numbers and stop-off point he was approaching - no fear of thinking you may miss where you should alight the coach. Well done to him!!

Good car park, frequent number of buses but be careful that the buses don't stop at all the stops in the car park so you might miss one by mistake. Not at all bad and pretty well organised.

I was somewhat reluctant to use eparking because of a perceived lack of human involvement both in checking in the car and collecting on return - happily the experience was relatively painless and I shall probably use it again - although I felt the cost was a bit steep for 3 days.

I lost my car because I forgot to write down which section I was in. I walked to the main entrance to find out where my car was, carrying lickily only hand luggage. I didn't realise that there were intercoms in the bus shelters until a bus driver told me. This was the only thing that was not clear. Otherwise an easy way to know that my car was safe & secure while I was away.

The whole process worked well but some passengers seemed either unwilling or incapable of putting their bags on the racks so others had to stumble over them. Our driver had a good wacky sense of humour!
