Didn't see any car park staff so can't really say if good or bad. Buses seemed to run frequently and transfer time quick.

Clearly marked route to the car park, very convenient to use debit card for entry and exit. Bus driver on the way back was a bit of a character, borderline rude...

Car park close to the new Stansted to Braintree road so convenient for those using this road. On return coach took a long time to arrive and then was too full for all passengers to board. Also parking expensive compared to parking at other airports.

Better to use mid-stay parking than long-stay, everything clearly labelled.

Is it possible to have a display at each bus shelter as to when the next bus will arrive as 10-15 minutes seems a long time? Otherwise no problems and it was easy to exit the car park when paying by credit card.

Good facility, onsite, quick transfers.My only concern was that on following the instuctions to exit my card was refused at the barrier which ment i had to move my car over to the hut for payment.

Very helpful particularly when our battery was flat - Immediate and courteous help was to hand. Well lit, very clean and well sign posted car park. We would use eparking parking again when travelling from Stansted. Very impressed all round. That also includes Stansted Airport!

I'd recommend the service - quick & easy to get in, the return bus service was slow as the bus had technical difficulties - the driver couldn't see people getting off & kept closing doors too soon.

Overall service very satisfactory now but can imagine delays in peak season.

All in all an efficient service which was hassle free.

Easy to book via the internet, simple to enter and leave the parking facility.

Easy to find the car park, well sign posted, the main problem was reading the instructions to get into car park and blocking an entry gate, otherwise really easy. Good system will use it again.
