I liked the simplicity of it all, it felt safe very tidy, and i think it puts most people in a good frame of mind before a usually stressful flight. I will use you every time i go to Stanstead Airport, Thank you. Robert Jones.

My partner was amazed that i managed to book on line giving the car registration and all we needed to do at the airport was take a ticket and insert the ticket back into the barrier on departure. Very efficient! Didn't have any intersation with any staff etc but the smooth service on line and at the airport car park was very appealling. We would defnintely use it again.

VERY badly signposted that mid-stay parking was actually e-parking. Only discovered this after Ihad gone to pink elephant long stay & asked after my car never got me into the car park. didnt even mention that I was to look for mid-stay on my emailed invoice. Also, transfer back took far too long - 5 long stay buses had gone in the time it took for a mid-stay bus to show up.

The email confirming my booking didn't have any details as to what to do on return. I had to ask car park staff at the terminal how to validate my prepayment on exit. It would have been helpful to have this detail in the email. Otherwise great!

I arrived and was let straight in by the automatic number plate system. The area was well signed telling me which carpark to use. When It waas time for me to leave I went to the correct lane (again well signed) and was let straight out.

Overall, I thought E-Parking was well worth the money. Ths bus was busy/squashed on the return journey but apart from that it was great and I'd definitely use them again. The whole process was very simple and there was no stress (unike the airline we were flying with)!!

Car was immediately recognised, and entered, transfer bus came within five minutes, bus on way back waited till full so nobody was left in the cold and leaving was a breeze.

I pre-booked but was still required to submit my credit card at the gate and ended up paying twice. This was sorted out ok on the phone, later, but it shouldnt have happened in the first place.

I havent used Stanstead before and was worried about whether I would be able to find the car-parks, and what paperwork I would need,but it was very straightforward and easy. The details were already logged in and the barriers went straight up so I didnt have any hassles or waiting.

Online booking very straight forward, but the confirmation did not specify which car park to use, so added some time to journey finding the right one as first went to long stay! Overall though pretty good.

No problems when getting to the airport, but, when leaving there were several people queueing in the wrong place for the mid-stay bus. We stood right next to the sign for Mid-Stay and the bus stopped a good 5 car lengths further up the road.

I had problems with my Car keys at approx 7.30pm. Your staff gave me excellent advice, even keeping me updated when the replacement set came through the barriers by Taxi - I did not feel isolated at any stage and was thankful for their support. I was initially very weary about this Mid Stay parking & booking but would now recommend it to anyone with confidence.

When we came out we did have to wait quite a while for a bus and it was a bit crowded. Cannot comment on staff at park as we never saw nor needed one.

Book on-line and it is cheaper than turning up on the day. Much Cheaper. The parking set-up is straight forward & sign's show you where to park, the machine reads your number plate & issues a ticket, the bus comes around every 10 minutes - so all in all pretty effective. Remember which area/stop you parked in otherwise the place is like a maze & hold onto your ticket for your entire holiday because you'll need it to get out on yr return.

There was an easy on line booking form, The car park was easy to find and there were ample parking spaces in the allocated zone. There was only a short walk to the nearest bus stop. The bus to take us to the terminal arrived after a few minutes, with a polite helpful driver. The set down point was close to the terminal. On return we only waited a couple of minutes for the coach at the pick up point just outside the exit. Transfer to the car park took very little time. The only problem was remembering the number of the stop but again the driver proved to be very helpful. My car was as I had left it (It isn't cleaned whilst you holiday!) There was a short well marked drive to the exit. Having made an online booking with a credit card I used the right hand lane, gave the details to the friendly lady at the desk and was on my way in a few minutes. What more can anyone want from such a cheap airport parking facility?

E-booked, found location easily. Collected ticket at barrier and parked easily (well signed to which area was open for parking). Bus waited for us. On return, bus waiting, quick journey, no damage to car found and no problems presenting ticket on departure.

As car parks go it was fine. I think the cost is too high for parking a car. You do have to add extra time to get to the airport from the car parking lot.

found that there were ample bus stops. did not have to wait for transport to and from terminal. accidentally laeft vehicle unlocked for 4days and no problem! will definitely be using again.

Two points: It would be good to have signs up reminding drivers to make a note of their nearest bus stop - I didn't and it took some time late at night to find my car! It wasn't clear when exiting the car park which turnstile I needed to be at. I had prepaid but none of the turnstiles made it clear that they could be used. They only had methods of payment but I had paid. Apart from these, everything went well.

I used Simply Parking because of a recent business trip to Germany. Due to a typing error on my part I submitted a wrong letter as part of my reg number and I didn't realise my mistake until I was in Germany! Worried that I wouldn't be able to get out of Stanstead carpark, I phone the helpline and the person I spoke to amended my booking and I received emailed confirmation within 2 minutes. I would recommend Simply Parking to anyone.
