Long wait -30 minutes for trasfer to return to car, also very cramped due to number of passengers caught up in the wait. Overall, very good. We use a similar system when flying via Luton or Gatwick which does seem cheaper.

For short breaks the mid-stay car park is great. However, as we live within 20 miles of Stansted we tend to use local taxis when we are going away for any length of time. Booking via the Internet was easy and system was obviously efficient as not problem in exiting the car park.

It would appear that there was a problem on the computer system which needs to be addressed. The set up of E parking would be perfect if the system works. I just wanted to go straight to my parking without having to prove I had booked online!

This is a really easy car park to use as long as you prepay, you just drive up and the gate opens after the system reads your number plate, you get a ticket & on the way out just pop it in at the barrier and off you go- the buses are very frequent and just a few mins right to the door.

was unsure whether to head for the short, medium or long term car park when driving to Stansted. Could have been detailed on the confirmation. As I was staying for two days, I assumed that this was medium and headed for this.

The car park was very easy to find, there was a bus waiting to transfer us when we arrived and also when we returned so there was no hanging around, in all an excellent service.

Unlike some airport parking this car park was very easy to find and access. Buses both to and from the terminal were either already waiting or arrived within 5 minutes. Travelling by myself with my 16 month son, I was concerned about arriving back at night, but the car park is so well lit it wasn't a problem. Will definitely be using this car park again next month!

As a matter of fact, the service was superb but only the pricing need review. Charging almost £12 a day for the car park is too much in terms of value for money considering the amount being charged when a coach is taken from Stratford to come to the airport. I implore the management to put it into consideration as I believe this approach will increase profitability and maximum use of the park.

The booking system works by reading the number plate of your car. It read mine wrongly - so the barrier didn't go up. Fortunately, there's a button to press for customer service, who told me to show my receipt for internet booking on the way out. Moral: make sure you have your receipt with you when using the car park.

the parking facility is very close to the terminal and the transfer was quick and easy. also the entry to and exit from the car park is very straightforward. overall, from booking on-line to arriving and leaving the car park, the process was easy.

When we wanted to exit, only one exit gate was available for pre-paid customers. This sole manned gate I found was slow and tedious when trying to exit along with other customers using cash.

Booked online one day, travelled the next. The registration recognition worked like a dream, we just drove up to the barrier took the ticket, which had our registration number printed on it. The bus turned up straight away. Travelling back the same. Did what it said on the packet! Will definitely do it again - so much easier than any we've used before. In fact, will go so far as to pick Stansted instead of Gatwick to fly from, just because of the parking!

We had a very early flight, However we were straight into our parking zone and straight on to a waiting bus. Our return to the car was very swift and efficient.

Prompt transfers, helpful staff! Only downside, couldn't remember where I parked the car!! Will definitely use the service again.

On arrival at 6.30am followed instruction re credit card insertion which did not work- very embarrassing as car behind me - had to go to the office for assistance and was told to press button for ticket just make sure on return you come back to the window. Just very frustrating .

This was my first time trip through Stanstead. On arrival at the barrier the machine would not accept my card. The staff were very helpful and eventually directed me to another lane. On the downside I think paying over £27 for just over one day was quite expensive.

On the whole it was a fast and efficient service. It was a little confusing on the trip back once leaving the terminal, even though the bus stops are marked, people were queuing in different directions and then the bus was pounced upon once it arrived (very quickly). I would use again however.

We usually rely on relations and friends to drop and pick us up from the airport. It was not convenient this time and it was a pleasurable surprise to drive to the car park and be taken to the airport without too much fuss. The return to the car was just as efficient, thank you for providing this service. Lesley & Ian

I followed the instructions on departing from the carpark, however, when the ticket was inserted the machine qouted an additional payment of £45 due. I had to call for assitance to be released from the carpark. The attendant was extremely efficient.

We have been confused on the last two times we have used the car park as to whether is the car or the credit card (or both). We had to change a car at the last moment and were refused entry (sorted out later thank you) and the second time we didn't realise that we didn't need to put the credit card in the slot. So maybe we didn't read the instructions clearly or they could be even more explicit please.
