There is so many buses but they wait until they are so full before they leave so people stand in front of the luggage and its dangerous and very awkward when trying to pick up your luggage when you get to you stop. They should have a minimum no of passengers but appreciate it has to run efficiently.

Said it all in "Pros". Really simple process. Have in the past had to wait in quite seedy/smokey offices to drop off/collect keys. Also have sometimes had to use "past their best" transfer vehicles. Keeping your car keys is also a bonus especially with the bad publicity "meet and greet" services have had lately. Would definitely use e-parking again.

When we arrived it was clearly signposted to where we had to park. There was a bus waiting at the bus stop and we arrived at Stansted in about 4 minutes. When we came home we caught a bus straight back and were at our car in a few minutes. Would use again and would definitely recommend.

Easy to find and was picked up quickly by the bus and didn't take long to get to the terminal building. Late on the Sunday, we waited for 10 mins for a bus, then had to wait to go right around all the stops before ours. This took time, but understandable and would therefore use this serivce again, especially for the price.

the system of inserting your credit card at the barrier and the subsequent clear directions to a space plus convenient bus stop, made the mid term park very easy to access.On return despite a large crowd using the shuttle a second coach appeared quickly. Exit with credit card simple. Easily one of the very best of the airport carparks I have used over the years.

Close to airport. Good, quick transfer service to the airport. Good quality parking compared to some others I used. Lots of bus stops which is great when you are carrying heavy bags! I can't comment on the staff as it was so straight forward I didn't need to contact any! Thanks

My experience of eparking at Stanstead has been a positive one - the car park was easy to find and very close to the airport, we found a car park space with ease and the bus arrived within minutes. An added bonus was that our bus driver was extremely friendly and helpful. Arriving back to the car park was equally positive, a bus was waiting at the airport and we arrived back at the car quickly and and efficiently. Our car was easy to locate due to the car park areas being signed and well lit. I will definitely use eparking again and will recommend to others!

Easy to book - easy access to car park - my first time using this service - very helpful staff showed me what to do at car park entrance and gave direction to the zone - lots of space available near bus stop - frequent service to and from terminal - would definately use again!

The car park was clearly signposted and managed in a way that facilitated a speedy pick up. The bus was clean and the journey to the terminal short. The return pick up was similarly efficient. We were left with the impression of a well managed service and had full confidence that we were leaving our car in a safe and secure environment.

The pick-up service at the airport was excellent - The driver of the shuttle bus was extremely helpful - not only to eparking customers but other people approaching him for directions - good price- great service.

we got there almost at the time we said but were worried that the flight might be late and we would incur furthur cost. If you could give some leeway about late flights you would have more very happy travellers.It didnt happen to us but could very easily have done.

Mid term parking was exceptionally easy to find and also easy to find parking. Transfers between terminal and parking were hassle free and extremely regular even at 4am and midnight. Pre Booking is best bet as you just drive in and out with the credit card and don't have to worry about paying.

Did not see any car park staff so can't really offer an opinion on the service they would have provided. Bus was a very full on way back to airport. Lots of people standing. Made it difficult for people to get their luggage and get off without everyone having to move out of the way.

We booked in advance online and got a quote. Had a little problem (lack of response) when arriving and inserting my credit card into the stile. I pushed buttons until a ticket popped out, which raised the gate. In we went. When we returned and tried to exit the amount to be charged was much higher. This was quickly and pleasantly sorted out by staff, who said I shouldn't have had a ticket! Confusing but no harm done.

The directions given to get to the car park are precise. The car park is vast and the shuttle service of high standards. The bus stop on arrival at stantead airport is situated just in front of you as you leave the airport. No need to walk miles to find it. E car park is one of the cheapest in the area. You won't be disappointed.

Straightforward entry using credit card that's been used in pre-booking. Very frequent buses.

I entered the credit card used to book, the barrier didn't recognise it. I went to the cabin, was told it would be ok on the way out-it wasn't. I had to reverse back, and hand over the paperwork at the barrier. It was the same lady as I spoke to the day before, who told me I was on the system. Is there a fault in the readers in the barrier?

we waited for 25 minutes for a bus to take us back to the car park, quite a long waiting time considering how cold it was.. and when the bus did turn up, lots of people attempted to push in (and succeeded), maybe stewards could do more about this, as the rude men pushed in, ladies and families were left wondering why they bothered to queue up! but price was great, easy parking, thank-you very much, will be usibf you again..

Because the red carpark was full, I had to go to green. Payment became confusing, as I had to take another ticket, leaving me wondering how many times I will be charged. Consequently, I had to spoeak to ciustomer services to be able to exit the carpark. I have not yet had my credit card statement to confirm I have only been charged once.

I wish I had asked the driver of the transfer bus his name as he was excellent. He saw me driving in and waited on me, instead of the Horlicks advert, and drive away. I told him I was staying at the Radisson and he told me to stay on the bus to the pick up point rather than the drop off point to save me a walk. Thank you, great service.
