Have used e-parking a number of times would recommend it for the above reasons, only down side is the amount of people trying to get on a transfer bus to return to the car park. Possible solution would be to have buses that work in certain zones: Bus for Zone A B C, Bus for zone: D E F etc otherwise painless experience and good start to a trip abroad. Many thanks.

Great! Managed to have our luggage on board with us so we were able to get out quickly. There already was a transfer bus waiting, so got out of Airport in next to no time.

Simple to use takes the worry out of parking.

Simple to book, simple to find - very useful.

Credit Card didn't want to read on the way in or out but finally got in and out. We parked, unloaded luggage at a zone where there were no cones, waited in cold at 5 a.m. for bus at bus stop, two went by and then one driver stopped and told us we were waiting at wrong bus stop and had parked in wrong place - about 40 of us had to return to cars and then repark in L zone. No one around to indicate where to park at that time - very annoying to have to do that.

Can I suggest that when you book the car in, either by e-mail or by ticket on arrival, that you are allocated a particular parking bay, e.g. J123.

Very good will use the facility again.

After being delayed on the A1 due to a lorry fire, I thought that I would miss my flight. Due to the excellent directions on my ebooking and the transfer being immediate, I made it! Unbelievable - Thank you.

Booking and pre-payment makes entering/leaving car park quick and hassle free. Also substantial savings when pre-booking are most welcome. Excellent service, thank you.

Have used this car park before and always found it efficient. See cons about cost unless this can be sorted out satisfactorily.

It was cheaper than other parking but it could have more frequent transfers from and to the airport.
