Credit card not recognised at terminal, however, assistant said to take a ticket and on return show original receipt and all would be ok. Did exactly that and everything was sorted immediately. Excellent service, small problem immediately resolved. Thank you

the signs to find the car park were reasonably easy to follow. I had to ask the attendant on duty for directions to zone, as the credit card I booked with had been cancelled by my bank 2 days before departure, and he was most helpful. Bus arrived immediately I had parked my car and we were in the airport terminal only minutes after arriving at the car park - though it was in the early hours of the morning. On our arrival back in the UK, just after lunch, we only had to wait 5 minutes for the bus to arrive and we were out of the airport only 20 minutes after leaving the terminal. A very good service on the whole.

The system failed when the car park entrance barrier would not accept the Nectar/AmEx credit card that was used to make the booking. The car park staff informed me that this is because the magnetic strip is thinner than normal. I feel this should be investigated and if found to be correct a warning be posted on your web site at the point of booking.

The entrance machine would not accept my credit card. Upon departure after my trip I went to the car park office and waited for 5 minutes before being seen. When I was attended to I was told to get in my car and go to the first lane by the office. This I did and after showing the attendant my E-mail paperwork, I was allowed through the barrier. However, the female attendant was brusque and I did not feel like a customer.....just felt that I was a problem to her.

What can I say, outstanding customer service from every department, from Reservations to the Bus Drivers. Very impressed, i booked online, and received precise instructions on where to park once i'd arrived at Stanstead, EParking had a dedicated car park zone for each day and the bus was there waiting for passengers to transfer, very curtious driver. On my return, the bus was at the terminal building, the driver saw me rushing to catch it and waited for me. Then clear announcements as to which zone we were approaching as the bus went round the car park. Easy exit as had prepaid on my Credit card, I just inserted it into the machine at the exit barrier and was off. I would highley recommend EParking and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I travelled from Stanstead on Friday 8 June 2007. I encountered no problems with the car parking service. We didn't have to wait for a coach at all, either way, and found the car fine as it was well sign posted. I would definitely use it again and would recommend it.

Directions were clearly marked and I drove straight there and parked with no problems. Using my card that Ihad paid for the parking with gained me access and exit to and from the car par saving me the time of queueing up to pay. I had to wait about 5 mins for the transfer to the airport and then on the way back the bus was waiting as soon as I came out and the driver informed us of our stop. I would definately use your service again, I found it very efficient. Thank you.

The parking is well signposted and lit, the bus stops are a good size and provide adequate protection from the english liquid sunshine(!) We missed a bus as we parked up and only waited 5 minutes before another came along. On our return we were delighted to be able to walk straight out of the terminal and onto a bus, all in all a 'stress free' experience

Your service was let down by not enough buses being avaliable to collect people from arrivals. There were approximately 200 people waiting in our queue on Sunday evening - only single sized buses were sent for mid stay parkers and they were the most infrequent of the lot! Why weren't bendy buses used?

I was greatly impressed with staff support at the car park upon arrival. My credit card wouldn't work in the machine and instantly there was someone there to assist. Good directions to designated zone to park. Every parking space is close to a bus terminal making it wasy even when laden with cases. Couldn't fault the service. Would highly recommend to both business people like me and those going on holiday.

my only negative experience was that i had booked online, i arrived at the barrier and there was no instruction as to what to do... as there were cars behind me i had to take a ticket. after our holiday i had to go to customer services with my booking form and ticket. please make instructions clear at the barrier

Great price, especially compared to how much you have to pay without booking in advance. Very simple, just enter your card into the ticket machine to get in and out of the car park - nothing else needs to be done. Buses seem to run pretty regularly - there was one waiting as soon as we got out the car!! :-)

When we arrived at the mid stay car park we were told it was closed because it was full. We had already paid for the car park by debit card with yourselves. We were told to go to the long stay car park (which we could have booked online for £7). We booked just so we wouldnt be in a situation like that. We didnt want the long stay car park and think that if we book ahead with yourselves online, the airport shouldnt allow the situation to arise where they do not have spaces left for people who have already paid and pre-booked. I have used eparking on a number of times now; the only problem I seem to have is the card entry system; having prepaid by card, my card never seems to get accepted by the automated system, even though I do ensure that the correct card is used. I then have to go through the procedure of pressing help button, having a payment card issued and subsequently on the return journey need to show my electronic booking form to avoid paying twice.

I was a little sceptical initially about using this but it worked out extremely well in the end. Service was efficient even at 5 am, staff were very friendly and easy to use - almost idiot proof. You can drive in your own car to and from the airport, no more being messed about by mini cabs!!

This was the first time we had booked Stansted parking - but it won't be the last ! From the moment that I booked online, to the moment that we departed the car park after our trip everything was effortless and fault-free. No hassles at all - thoroughly recommended.

I parked my car early morning using instructions from email, all worked well. On return using the same instructions I could not exit the carpark. The Car park attendent was extremly rude and would not help me, I had my 84yr old mother with me, she was very tired and we just wanted to get home. We was refused exit and told to join the cars queing up to pay. It took us over 20 mins to get to the exit only to be told we were not allowed to exit. I was extremly angry at this point and used bad language!! The attendent became agressive but did at last open the barrier and let us out. Why did we have to go through such appalling treatment just to exit a car park!!!!

The system was very helpful when I arriveed as thought I had to insert the payment card I used when i booked it via the internet. While i was fumbling around trying to remember whether i used my credit or debit card the barriers opened and produced a ticket with my details on. Great system. Easy and fool proof even for dizzy birds like me!

Whether the service is value-for-money is impossible to say. Obviously it would be nice if the parking were free, but in the real world it has to be paid for. Whether it's worth the money or not, I don't know. Further, as simplyparking is just a broker, apparently, it is not at alll clear whether I am rating BCP or simplyparking. This affects the rating offered.

Unfortunately I managed to press for a ticket, as I had put my credit card in upside down. The lady who dealt with the problem on departure was very polite and efficient so I was able to get going quickly. A label by the entrance showing how to put in the credit card might have helped - though I do appreciate that this info. is provided when booking!
