We had to delay our trip by a couple of days and when I rang to find out if our voucher was still valid your customer service agents were very helpful, thank you!

only 2 critisisms, I thought it coudlbe signed posted better from the moter way and the zone we were sent to was full and we did not know what to do so we landed parking ina zone that was closed, we were worried we woudl be fined but thank goodness when we returned all was fine! Other wise it is close to the airport with good bus service! Thank you!

The car park was easy to find and parking well signposted. The coach transfers to and from the terminal were quick and efficient.

I Hd a sat nav to get to the car park. You need to check your directions for customers travelling form the north onm the M11. as at one point the directions gave the wrong direction off a roundabout. Apart from that it was brilliant.

Eparking is so easy to find from the M11 ! All I needed to do was to drive up to the barrier which recognised my vehicle instantly and then go to the relevant zone and park my car - there were plenty of spaces at Stansted and this was in August. We got on the bus within a couple of minutes . A fantastic and reliable service. well done! We live in Uxbridge, Middlesex and Gatwick is probably nearer but we will definitely use this car park in Stanstead next time.

Very disappointed that when arriving at the carpark entrance barriers, was unable to enter due to an electronic failure. No staff came to help, I had to park up and walk to the office to ask how I get into the carpark. As it was my first time I was concerned how long the `holdup` would take. As the staff knew there was currently a system failure they should have supervised at the entrance barriers.

very good, but I still think parking costs at airports generally are too high. this si a good balance between the higher costs of valet oparking adn the off site car parks which are just too far to travel.

THe bus driver actually asked where people wanted to get off and helped people that were lost to find their way. It has been my experience in the past that the bus drivers drive past people struggling with heavy suitcases. These waited for you of they could see you getting bags out of the car.

Car park was easy to find, buses were punctual, would use this service everytime flying from Stansted

I had a very minor problem, but this was sorted by the lady on duty who was very helpful. It's good to have people with common sense when you encounter a slight hitch and this member of staff was very helpful

Very good. Time saving, easy to use, close to airport and frequent buses at any time of day or night. Will certainly use next time we fly.

The directions for the mid stay car park are incorrect from the M11 and if followed will take you to a completely different place. This should be rectified. The driver of the bus was not very communicative regarding his route to the various stops, for instance driving past B and then dropping people off at J before going back to C then B again. Many people got off at the wrong stop because of this.

Seemed a bit pricey compared to Pink elephant car park which wasnt too much further away than the 'e-parking' car park.

I had two children with me and I must say the drivers of the coaches were very very helpful with the children and my bags. Well done

my credit card wasn't recognised on the way in after i had pre-paid. this causes a bit of anxiety because you then don't know how you'll get out of the carpark when you get back without paying again. however the customer services lady was v helpful so it wasn't a problem.

Mid-term is Ok. Still had wait before a coach picks-up at terminal. Number plate scan at entry not operating - again.

Arrived at airport. Coach waiting to take us to terminal at bus stop. Waited a few moments and we were off. Need to remember to write to down area and bus stop as they differ. On return coach waiting at terminal and left almost immediately for return to car park. Polite and helpful drivers. Good value for money if you book in advance on internet. Closer to terminal and less stressful if you are a bit tight for time.

Fantastic as everything was simple and machines recognised number plates etc quickly without hassle.Fairly close by only adding 15mins max for transfer to airport.

This was our first time parking here and must say it was extremely easy to find at 2.30am. We drove straight in and parked. The bus was waiting for us at the stop as he had seen us getting our cases. Will definitely be using this again.
