We found the car park easily and parked without a problem. Buses are regular and a quick ride took us to the airport.Would definitely recommend mid stay car park

I found the car park easy to use, the transfers were punctual and it was not too expensive. I would use this service again, happily.

Entry and exit from car park were simple and quick - no paperwork to deal with. Transfer busses frequent and uncrowded with friendly driver. Will happily use again.

After a two hour flight delay i was looking forward to getting my car back and going home. The bus was there waiting for the transfer and we were promptly taken to the car park. The only complaint was at the exit, the people paying by credit card were getting out of the car park quicker than those of use who pre-paid, and the attendant barely grunted at me! At 1.30am I didn't want to be there either!

Having a passenger in a wheelchair midtay is easier than other car parks. Disabled bay right by bus stop and coach there waiting for us to make transfer. Must learn lesson though to book in advance as price went up dramatically in last week before departure.

Very easy to pre book. The transfers to the terminal are very quick and when I returned late at night a bus was waiting and I was back to the car and away within 10 minutes of leaving the terminal. Highly recommended.

Easy to find. The transfer bus was waiting for us on arrival at the carpark and for the return journey - maybe we were just lucky! Quick transfer time.

Easy to find, easy to park, transfer bus waiting, and on return only a short wait to get back to the parking area. Pre-booking with car reg recognition worked a treat.

for short stays the midstay carpark is still affordabel and the beauty of it is that a bus is always waiting for you and the transfer takes no time very helpful staff on site when exiting the carpark.

3 long stay car park buses left the terminal before the first Mid stay car park transfer bus arrived (around 3pm on Dec 1st).

i felt certain that my car would be safe and secure in my absence, the service to and from the airport was very good although the bus was a little too crowded which meant that i had to stand for the whole journey, it might be helpful to have a bus on standby to cater for times when its extra busy. Its obviously a very popular service.

Very good, infact lost paper that wrote down where car was situated. Rang customer services who were able to give me zone that I was in when I told them the time I arrived. Very good idea. Will use again if I fly from Stansted.

You can park your car here in teh knowledge that it will be close tothe terminal and be there when you get back!

We found this carpark facility excellent. CARE!!! the only thing is that the directions on the internet are wrong! They give you a 2nd exit turn at the first roundabout but it is the 3rd exit (as per the signpost to Midstay carparking). Otherwise no problems. Buses were frequent, it is well laid out. Also we changed our number plate/car the day before we travelled and no problems. If you prepay you go to a manned booth at the exit gates (as per the signs) and you just hand in your paperwork. It is so much cheaper to prepay. We paid £19.50 for 3 days parking, if we had just turned up and paid on exit it was £15 per day ie £45!!!

we had to call at the office to get through as we did not have the relevant code to get out. The staff were excellent, but i was concerned that when this was busy, it would have been a nightmare. the paperwork did not clearly state what was required to enable us to drive through.

Well sign posted and found a space in the designated area easily. The transfer bus arrived within 2 minutes and the tranfer was thankfully very quick. On return, bus seemed to arrive at the terminal promptly and a again quick transfer and the driver called all the stops. Will definatley use again. Definately worth paying the extra for the mid-stay, far better value than the long term.

Car Park itself is fine as are the transfers, just think like other airports it should be same fee whether you book 2 weeks before travel or two days - this i found very off putting and would not use this when booking a trip at short notice i would make alternative arrangements and pay the extra to someone who would drop me off. Would rather line their pockets than a greedy airport!!!

I was rather surprised that the Section in which we parked did not seem to be part of the drivers "call out" when reached. However, the station number was clearly "called out" and there we were where we wanted to be. Apart from that little confusion the service was excellent! Thank you!!

Could be up to 30 minutes or more between arriving at airport - finding car park finding bus, catching bus and bus arriving at terminal.

After a long journey it was good to find that getting to and from the parking was hassle free, easy to do and quick
