Book in advance and the price is reasonable to be nearer and quicker to and from the airport building.

However, there was a queue on exit at the machines as several other people were experiencing difficulties, so this led to a delay!

If mid stay has a good price offer, it's most certainly always worth using it over the long stay due to the frequency of the buses & shorter distance. Sadly however, in the past it has always been a lot pricier than the long stay & hence I've been unable to use the mid stay other than twice. My preference is always to use the mid stay.

The transfer bus was waiting for us on arrival at the car park and again outside the terminal on our return. This is the second time I have used this car park and have never had to wait for a transfer bus. Its quick and easy, I would definitely use it again.

Car parking was easy and the trip to the terminal went well. The return trip was not quite so good as drivers where not very helpful.

I was a bit disappointed on the return journey - I had to wait more than the stated time between buses for a transfer and when it did come it was absolutely rammed. That made it difficult to get luggage and leave the bus. Plus the bus went very slowly so people standing didnt fall over. Saying that the arrival journey was fine, a bus was waiting when I got to the car park and was quick to the airport. Another plus point was that I didnt need to show my booking email on exit - always a pain to find that after a long journey!

Excellant service, few minutes from terminal. Stops very near to parking points. Stopped at door to departures and the same for returm journey. On-line service very easy and clear to use, no problems at barrier when arriving, ticket issued with registration straight-away. No Complaints

Start to finish the service was easy. No worries about finding the right credit card or getting the right bus, it was all so straightforward. Would use it again without hesitation.

The service and location were as specified. I would use this car park again as it's closer to the terminal and has a more frequent bus service than long stay.

Easy to book and a convenient location, particularly if you're also using the adjacent hotel. Unfortunately the registration plate recognition technology seems suspect and failed to correctly identify my car and therefore the fact that I'd pre-paid. Not a real problem as the staff were already at the exit when I came to leave, so perhaps I wasn't the only one! Something for the car park to work on and then they would achieve a 100% rating.

From driving up to the barrier and obtaining our ticket we were on the shuttle bus and heading to the terminal within ten minutes. Loads of parking spaces so no driving round and round whilst looking at the clock! It even worked just as well on our return at midnight!

Bus transfers on outbound and inbound journeys frequent and efficient. The system of scanning the reg.no. to enter the car park is a brilliant idea.

as we only booked the day before travelling we were very impressed with the efficiency of the staff and the cleanliness of the facilities and parking areas. Everything was very well signposted and we would have no hesitation in booking with your company again.

The service received was very good, transfers were frequent and there were no problems at all. Would use mid-stay parking again.

The car park is close to the A120 and well sign posted. The transfer buses come frequently and drop you outside the terminal door. The car park has good visibility at night. Having pre paid the system of collecting a ticket on entry which recognises your car eases the exit as do not have to locate your booking reference.

Very easy to find, well marked - remember to take nnote of where you are! On arrival there was a coach waiting and on return there also a coach waiting. As a single female traveling alone at night, very safe and secure.

The car park provides the satelite coordinates to its location which meant fiunding it was not a problem at all. The transfer bus service is very regular - there was a bus waiting for me as soon as I parked. Quick transfer to airport. On arivala bus was waiting and withing 5 mins we were off to the car park. Quick transfer. On leaving the car park, the automated system that was supposed to have read my vehicle registration number and let me out automatically as a prepaid customer didnt work. This was quickly rectified by handing my booking confirmation to the attendant. I would use the service again.

waited ages for bus to car park on return - at least 20 mins and it was cold ... when we went to exit car park and followed arrows it was blocked off and we had to do a circuit of car park and enter and no entry - not very safe or organised ... a pity

I resent paying top cost for parking as there is no alternative. Quick transfers and courteous staff.

Website easy to use; camera recognition simplified the process; buses came quickly at both ends. 45 minutes from landing to driving on the M11.
