Parking easy, transfers frequent and straightforward. Had pre-booked and paid our parking when Ryanair changed our flight by a day (what a surprise!). Went to customer service desk on exit at the staff couldn't have been more helpful - gave us the pre-booked rate rather than the daily rate. For this level of customer care alone we will choose to use Mid Stay Parking next time we fly.

Good service, easy to find, coaches clean and on time, drop off/ pick up right outside the airport.

This is the second time I have used Mid stay at Stansted and was surprised to see the increase in cost. a 3 day stay was one fifth of what I pay at Heathrow for a 6 week stay! I guess there is not the competition, although I would have thought that land & wages are lower in Essex. I chose midstay over long stay paying an extra 16.00 for a speedier transfer. However there were 2 buses for the long stay waiting on my return before the midstay bus appeared and waited. I would use the service again as there is no similar competition for this service. reliable, secure but not good value.

We found the car parking easy and not too far from the airport as this was what we were hoping for, as our flight was extremely early. All in all it wasn't the cheapest but good value for money.

We didn't realise til we got to car for return journey that the back of the ticket has somewhere to write the car park letter & bus stop number but we remembered anyway & it was all very efficient & hassle-free! Just what you need & the car was perfectly safe, the drivers were courteous & helpful. Thank you!

Paying to park your car is a very annoying aspect of any trip from an airport. This was the cheapest place I could find but that doesn't make it a great experience.

The system is good while the machinery at the gate works, a nightmare when it fails, thankfully all was well this time. Staff very friendly and polite when I reported the vehicle next to mine had a window fully open but was surprised when I was told they are unable to either secure or weather-proof the car, once again health and safety/litigation over-rules common sense.

Traveling can be tiring and expensive, however parking at the mid stay car park takes some of those stresses and strain away by its timely and efficient services.

Easy on-line booking & payment, clear instructions, comfortable & frequent transfer to/from terminal.

we found the mid stay parking stress free and the transfers excellent.Especially pleasing when flying out on unsociable hours.

Good service. Pay beforehand, take a ticket and put the ticket back in the machine at the end. So easy! Bus waiting for us to take us back to the car park. Helpful driver. Would recommend this.

This year's system should have worked better than last year's, as a numberplate recognition system had been installed. Sadly, it did not work on my car, although the one admitted through the adjacent lane had no problem. I had to get a ticket, but Customer Services told me to present it with the paperwork for the booked parking when I got back and I would be let out. This I did with no problem, but there was another car which also had to be allowed out, rather than just driving out. Software needs a bit more work on it guys!

Everything was straightforward- no time lost-immediate transfer both ways-simple to use-can't go wrong and good value for money.Made our day trip so much easier.

Particularly happy that you are now using licence plate recognition system and no longer identification by credit card

The quick entry and exit as well as the quick transfers to and from the airport building really makes mid stay parking that is worth paying a bit extra for!

Transfers as described on the internet with a clean well lit parking areas. We were delayed by 4 hours and the attendant sorted out the ticket etc... Transfer back to the car park again simply to find and use with a very spacious bus.. Second time we have used the company and will def use them again.

the service was very good, transfer took no more than 15 from setting of on the bus to the airport and the same back again, very good

Stansted Mid-Stay offers the optimum combination of cost and convenience, particularly for early morning departures. Would reccommend to anyone.

We did have a problem when we were leaving as the machine wanted to charge us £100. However, on calling the staff they resolved the issue.

The most pleasurable airport parking I have experienced. The facilities were easy to find , transfers fast and punctual and the staff friendly and helpful. It will make me consider using Stanstead again instead of one of the London airports.
