The booking process was simple on the internet, directions good, loads of spaces to park, quick bus transfer, no hanging about, a good allround experience

Quick transfer to the terminal. There were coaches waiting on arrival and departure. We would use this service again.

I was a day late coming back, but got through on the phone from France very quickly and was assured there would be no problem. There wasn't! I shall definitely be using the car park again.

Went on internet bought ticket at dicounted rate no hassles would use again.

When I tried to leave the carpark, the barrier would not raise as my registration number would not be accepted,but fortunately a helpful lady in the kiosk re-entered my code, and then I could continue my journey. Overall, a very good system, but the camera needs to recognise the number plates

I arrived at Stanstead Mid stay car park at 3.30am and a bus was waiting at the bus stop already. After a very brief wait (5 minutes) we headed for the airport terminal. Similarly, on my return, a bus was waiting at the bus stop oitside the terinal. Very efficient. Thank you

Mid Stay is a very good parking where we frequently park when going from Stansted which we do almost every week. Booking in advance cuts price to half compared to going there by taxi for us and only adds some 10-15 minutes to our transfer.

Stayed here for one day whilst going to Sweden. Service was really good - frequent transfers went to and from the terminal building - recommended.

USed it for weekend away (Fri to Sunday). Really excellent.No need to go to a payment machine or paystation as it uses automatic numberplate recognitiion. Just drove in and out without any hassle. Could book this on the BAA website though as it seemed my stay was too short for them therefore they wanted to charge me much more for the short stay or valet services. Book it through this website though and it is available.

Vehicle Number Plate Recognition system did not work at arrival. This caused a degree of confusion at departure as initially was asked for reference number (which was in boot as instructions did not indicate that ref No. was required for exit). Eventually the staff member searched on registration number. At the end of a holiday the last thing you want is hasasle at the car park

I was pleased with the proxomity of the car park to the airport and extremely pleased with the punctuality of the bus service both to and from the facilty. I will certainly be using the car park again in the future and am happy to provide this review

unfortunatly when i inserted my pre paid ticked to exit the car park it was rejected and i had to reverse out and resolve with the ticket master. Similar occurance on a previous visit, so room to improve here.

Leaving the carpark I was asked to pay again before the barrier opened. With it being late, cold and sleat falling I was disappointed that there was this problem which delayed my onward journey becasue I had to speak to an operator and then try and retrieve the information from my bag, etc.

Easy to book on line, very good value. Well sign posted, easy access, transfer buses waiting, will definitely use again.

The mid term carpark was cheaper than the long stay and being much closer we were happy to book.

It was a delight to have the transfer coach waiting when we exited the airport building.

As I booked online they had my Reg No. already so I just drove up to the ticket dispenser, took the ticket, found a parking space, of which there were plenty. Parked, walked a very short distance to the bus stop, didn't have to wait for the bus. Trip to the airport took a few minutes, got off and started our holiday. When we returned, waited at the bus stop for a short while, got on, got off again at the same stop in the car park, walked short distance to our car, drove to the exit, put ticket in machine and off we went. Would definately use this car park again!!

Only took a couple of seconds for the vehicle registration to be read and the ticket issued. Unfortunately due to the lack of people at this time of year the buses waited for quite some time before proceeding out of and back into the car park. Bus driver however was friendly and presentable. Cost was very good and I will continue to use your website in future.

I am not sure why you ask about parking staff; the only staff one meets are the shuttle bus drivers. This is a highly automated, convenient parking arrangement that provides very good value for money.

Unfortunately the ANPR wasn't working but still easy to use as on way out showed receipt and was let out. Don't know what would have happened if I didn't have a copy of my receipt though?
