I always use the Mid-Stay car park for short business trips. It is convenient and, although the buses are sometimes rather slow in arring at pick-up at the terminal, generally satisfactory.

Nothing I can think of to improve it. Waited for bus a while but not more than the 15 - 20 mins expected. Finding the car ok, tho did lose it last time! COLOUR coding would be enormous help! as well as tear off colour coded tickets you could pick up from the bus stop to remind you where you caught the bus. good ideas heY!? call me! still a lot of money for one person tho.

Number plate recognition did not work on entry, slower than expected pick up from car park; otherwise service was good.

Well marked ,so easy to find.Took the hassle out of the travel,Would use again.

Huge queues for the coaches, no matter where you were in the queue everyone just surged forward to get on the coach. The driver stopped me getting on and proceeded to shut the door on me (actually ON ME) twice when he could see I couldnt move as there were so many people behind me. Very rude. Not impressed really, I had to let 2 coaches go before I got on one so the time and inconvenience was not worth it for the money.

Easy to find and bus service prompt. Unfortunately the numberplate recognition didn't recognise our number plate however the lady in the booth acted promptly and we were not held up in anyway. Overall a pleasant experience.

I flew during mid-week. Staff were attentive, buses were clean & plentiful. Overall, most enjoyable!

this carpark is very easy to find so no added stress before the holiday, easy to park and transport very quick

We found the carparks easy to find with plenty of bus stops & regular buses. our bus driver was very helpful & curteous, would recomend using this service to friends.

This was my first time using the service but wont be my last.Good efficient and safe parking whilst I relaxed abroad. I will be using this again thats for sure.

The signage was easy to follow on arrival at the airport. At the barrier my registration was not recognised so I did have to get help from an attendant on my return, but he was great and even with this the whole experience was very quick and easy. Gosimply.com was cheaper than the other website that I checked before booking as they didn't charge a debit card fee. All in all very good, thank you!

Was easy to book ,everything worked as said it would.near terminal and value for money.

the reading of the number plate as we arrive makes it very easy and quick, literally just seconds. Bus stops are dotted everywhere so you don't have to walk around with your luggage. On exit, staff were helpful. Easy to access and depart from.

The automaitc barriers/ number plate recognition worked well the buses were regular all in all well run

Other than the coach drivers we saw no-one but the signage was good and we had no waiting whatsoever on departure or arrival. I would certainly stay there again and recommend it to others

It was worth paying a bit more for closer parking. The bus on the way back was rather slow or maybe we were just tired. I would use them again happily.

Very pleased that extra charges were wavered and your guy directing us to the customer services bay was really friendly helpful and is a credit to your company

Due to the volcano, we didn't get away! Therefore we only stayed in the car park for half a day. We are currently awaiting a response as to whether we will not be charged the full amount for our brief stay. I am, therefore unable to comment regarding quality.

WEll positioned, good transfer and very helpful friendly staff! Excellent value!

Really cannot find fault. Parking zones easy to find, bus already waiting to transfer to and from terminal. A pleasurable experience, thanks!
