I found the service very good, when i arrived the lady knew my name and i was taken straight to the airport without any waiting. When i arrived back and rang to say i was ready, there was transport already there, so again no waiting. Also my car had been moved near to the exit and i didn't have to go looking for it. I have already booked for my next trip on the Fri 19th May. Very good value.

Staff were most helpful fast efficient and clean transport would recommend your service to others and will use again when travelling from Luton. Your staff even noticed my daughter was using a wheelchair and requested a step for the return journey. thank you for the service.

I have used just about every ariport and airport carpark in the UK - This is by far the best, close (and I mean close!) to the airport, no waiting time for shuttle bus, world class customer service .... 'As I stepped out of the bus on my return to pick up my car the doors to the bus were opened and the key to my car handed to me'. In a nut shell, if you are flying from Luton, use them :)

Friendy helpful and efficient service. Instant transfer to airport. Had to wait 5 minutes to be collected because we just missed the mini bus, our cases being slow to appear on the carousel. Car was waiting for us upon arrival at compound. The whole process was silky smooth. Recommended - we will use again for sure.

After calling the free 'phone number to announce our arrival, we were told to wait about 5 mins for the minibus to collect us from the designated area with all our luggage incl. a 2m long skibag! Collection was after about 10 mins and after a short drive we were dropped at the compound. One of the assistants collected our car and after loading up our luggage we were on our way home inside 10 mins from arrival at the car park! Excellent service, we will definitely use them again!

It made travelling a pleasure instead of something to dread before getting to the airport! For a woman travelling with children and lots of baggage I have found Central Car Storage has made the whole experience a pleasure. I wish I had taken advantage of your service years ago. It makes me want to travel from Luton Airport instead of say Gatwick, in future.

Well worth the extra £5:00 on other long-term car parks and found out since if I'd booked direct with cantral car company cost would have been the same as those much further away. Tranfer smooth, hassle free and professionalism of staff inspired confidence.No hesitation in highly commending to others.

Arrival at the site was easy, directions were great. Upon arrival I was met by very friendly employees and was transferred to the airport quickly. Upon return I rang the number provided and was met very quickly once more by again very friendly employees. My car was ready and waiting at the car park, I was off an on my way home effortlessly! I will definitely use them again!

I found the service to be very good. As soon as I dropped off my car, there was a transfer bus waiting. On my return, they collected me very quickly and my car was there waiting for me with the engine running! The staff were friendly and I didn't experience any problems.

I was unable to use the car park facilities as there was a strike in france. However, there was no refund as I was unable to give 24 hours notice and i was not able to receive a voucher to use at another time, despite making numerous phone calls requesting this. On the whole I was disappointed with this service.

The staff were friendly & helpful. Our return flight was delayed,diverted to Stansted & we were returned to Luton by coach at about 2:30am. The driver from Central was there to meet us, so we did not have to wait in the rain for the minibus; first rate service!

Fantastic Service!!! Highly recommend. Central Car Storage were ready and waiting our arrival despite it being 4am, they loaded our luggage into the minibus and swiftly took us to Luton airport. The return transfer journey was just as swift and both drivers were extremely polite, smartly dressed and friendly. When we arrived back at the Central Car Storage car park our car was ready and waiting for us to drive out. Excellent service, will definately use again.

I arrived at the car park,left my car and was immediately taken by van to the airport. It was unbelievably quick and far quicker than using one of the onsite car parks. On my return I called and the van was already waiting at the designated pick up point, and my car was waiting for me on arrival at the car park 5 minutes later. An all round superb experience. Thank you and I will definitely book directly with you again.

Both the drivers and the lady in the office were lovely, bubbly and friendly. Car was ready and pointing in the right direction when we returned. After a nightmare experience of Luton parking previously, I will not shop around again - these people are great!

We were very pleased with the service we received from Central Car Storage when leaving our car for our short city break. The staff were excellant, very friendly and helpful. We will definately use them again when we travel from Luton Airport and have recommended their service to our friends and family.

Would definately use this facility again. Was much better than airport long-term parking as you don't have to wait for all the other people to get off the bus at their respective stops. We travel a lot and this was very satisfactory, especially as we were travelling with a young baby. Made the parking experience very smooth - thanks a lot.

Excellent service throughout. On arrival at the car park there was the minimum of paperwork and we were in the transfer vehicle within five minutes. On our return we phoned Central Storage after collecting our baggage. When we exited the airport the transfer bus was waiting. Our car was waiting for us at the collection point. All in all a first class service and one we shall use again

Having never flown from Luton before, it was difficult to decide which car park to use. However cost and some good reviews of Central Car Storage helped. It's easy to find and is 5 mins from the airport. The quickest pick up ever at an airport and the car was ready and waiting.

I arrived at the site at 0300 hrs with no problems. Transfer to the aiport was swift. This was my first time at Luton and the driver was helpful. My return flight arrived several hours late at 1900 hrs. I phoned and transport was available within 5 mins. My car was outside the reception ready for me to drive away. I will use Central Storage again.

We used the Cenral Storage in Luton Airport. I was really pleased with the whole service. The best was that when i turned up they helped me with my lugage as i have a 2yrs old, and they take you to and from the airport without any waiting around. Very impressed. Will use again.
