On arrival we were expected. Luggage was loaded into coach and left for terminal within minutes - no long wait for a bus to arrive! On return, one phone call and the coach was on its way. Luggage loaded up and return to car park in 5 mins. Car had been delivered to reception so we were off in 5 mins.

The service provided is excellent. I will be a frequent user of Luton airport and would book with Central Car Storage again. I have tried to book since my last visit and the search on the internet does not bring up central car storage therefore I cannot book. Perhaps there is no availability. This means that other car parking providers will be getting the business.

The nice lady at reception knew who I was before I introduced myself when we arrived. As soon as the paperwork was completed (2 mins!!) we were on the bus and away. The bus was waiting for us when we returned and so was the car when we got to the car park. The bus drivers on both routes were cheery and very helpful. I've used lots of car parks now Manchester, East Mids and Heathrow and this is by far the best. Top marks to everyone involved.

We parked 2 cars at 4am and staff were there to meet us. Within minutes we were on the minibus and on the way to the airport. On our return, we called the office and they were there very quickly to pick us up. Our cars were parked in a good position when we got back to the storage area, so all we had to do was load our cases and go home. Will definitely use again!!

Easy to find, very quick to the airport and a fast pick up on our return. Friendly, helpful staff. We will definitely use Central Car Storage again.

Cheaper than airport long stay car park and less hassle. The transfer to the airport is quicker-no waiting in a draughty bus shelter. Providing you don't lose the information card with the car collction service number on it, the collection service is responsive. I left the car parking area within 10 mins of phoning the number. Happy to recommend to other travellers from Luton.

there was no waiting for the bus when we arrived at 04.00 and the driver was polite and helpful. When we landed I phoned them and was told that they would be there in 5 minutes. When we walked to the pick up point, less than 500 yds away there was one waiting for us!!! As it was raining they were a very welcome sight. that is what I call service, I would definately use them again.

superb service easy to find friendly helpful staff would not hesitate in using this company again and have already told many of my friends and family. It took the stress and strain out of our journey - I also felt that my vehicle was very secure. Well done central car storage 10 out of 10

Booked car in, took a couple of minutes. Then taken immediately to the airport. The return journey was just as easy with the car taking a couple of minutes to arrive so that by the time we had walked to the meeting point, the car was just about there. We returned to the car park to find the car ready and waiting to go.

The service was excellent in all aspects. It was great to return from holiday late on a cold night with 2 small children, be picked up within minutes of calling and then come back to a warm car with the engine running ready to go. We would definately use Central Car Storage again.

Excellent service provided. Did not have to wait for more than 5 mins for the transfer. Very friendly service. Very organised- my car was waiting conveniently in a bay right by drop off. Would always use same firm again.

The service was good value for money, easy to book, the directions to the car park were easy to follow & accurate, the staff were all very courteous & polite despite the very unsociable hours of departure & arrival, the transfer transport to & from the airport was comfortable & appropriate for the number of people being transfered. An altogether stress free experience. Only hope that next time we travel it has not become so popular as not to secure a booking especially if it is a last minute booking.

Easy to find, friendly staff, very close to airport, very swift and efficient service, coped with our long delay very well (although an extra charge was made). Unlike the likes of APH, who wait around to fill the coach before heading off to the airport - with this one, you drop off you car and you are straight off in the mini bus. Very good.

The staff at Central Car Storage were friendly and we didn't have to wait for the transfer to the airport by minibus. The wait was short, approx 3-4 minutes, for the pickup. The return journey was in a people carrier, which was more enjoyable, the driver being very friendly and informative during the short journey. My car was ready for me on my return. I would use this service again when flying from Luton - a good service.

after parking at locations all over the uk it was great to find a place that actually lived up to the reviews given on the net. we felt the 4 am transfer really got our holiday off to the right start,genuinuely friendly people only to willing to help thankyou.

Excellent location, staff very friendly and helpful, quick transfers and prompt pick ups. Definitely recommend!

However busy or understaffed they are (and they had a staffing crisis as we arrived) they are always friendly and efficient. We have never had to wait around and always been taken direct to the airport even if it is just us and similarly we have been picked up on demand. As the site is literally five minutes away, this is as good as a bespoke meet and greet service for much less money. We will definitely be using them again.

Car park is small and has a tight turn in and the directions weren't as good as they could be. The service was great - transfers run on demand (ie whenever you want them) so there is no hanging around. Airport is 5 mins away and picking up my car was very easy (although I was a little concerned that no-one checked who I was when I picked my car up...). Staff were friendly and it was good value for money. I'd use them again.

I have used many of these car parks but this one promptly picked us up from the airport after an evening flight, our car was running so it was nice & warm to go home, these personal touches go along way with us. We will definately be using central car storage again.

If approachomg the airport from the East it is very convenient.
