Found the site very easy, was taken to the airport without delay. Very polite and helpful staff. On my return I was picked within 5 minutes of calling. Great service.

Very impressed by excellent service. Very well organised, transfer after dropping off car was almost immediate and wait for pick-up upon our return was only a few minutes. Tranfer minibus was a good standard going out and we were picked up by a luxury car upon our return. Will definitely use in the future.

I was welcomed by name on arrival at the office, and within 15 minutes we were being dropped off at the airport. On our return, we waited less than 10 minutes to be collected, and our car was waiting at the other end for us to drive away. What could be more convenient?

We have used this parking facility 4 times now and each experience has been safe, secure and reliable. All staff are pleasant and helpfull and even during our recent trip where we were delayed 4 days, they couldn't have been better.

I was really impressed with Central Car storage, I've never used an airport carpark transfer before but would definitly consider it again. The service was great, with the transfer coach already there on the way to and from the airport. I was also really impressed with my car being de-iced and the heating on ready for when we returned. Easy to find; rapid transfer both to and from the Airport; courteous staff; excellent value for money. I have previously parked at the airport but I will never do so again - Central car storage is just as easy and much cheaper.

The nicest touch was to return to our car to find that they had put an air-freshener in it free of charge..I have used several companies in various locations in the past but will have no problem specifically selecting this company again.

The car park was easy to find using the directions from the web site. The process of booking in took a matter of minutes and was completely hassle free. The car park is a five minute drive from the airport and transfer was fine. On the way back I called the number from baggage reclaim and the minibus was ready as I exited the airport. My car was ready and waiting for me and the lovely friendly staff had defrosted it too! Overall excellent organisation and piece of mind knowing my car was in a secure car park.

often full as they give a very good service. Need to book well in advance. Staff all very helpfull - cases carried and put in car for me - no hold ups when booking car in and transfer only took 5 mins max even at a busy time. ALL IN ALL ONE OF THE BEST SERVICE CAR PARKS I HAVE USED

The facility is ideally placed form easy access to and from the airport. the service is always waiting for you as you arrive at the car park and on arrival a quick phone call and the bus is waiting outside the terminal. I have just returned from a trip via Stansted I will not be going there again. Luton will be my first choice with one of the main reasons being the car parking.

Good instructions to car park - car park within five minutes trasfer to airport - not necessary to try and find a parking space within the car park and then wait in inclement weather for a bus to pick you up - valet service; drive in hand over keys, into a mini van and in ten minutes checking in at the airport. 24 hour Valet service for minimum cost. I have used other car parking facilites at Luton Airport and I can safely say that this beats them all. Keep up the good work.

I have recently used this airport parking firm and I was very impressed overall. The service they offered was friendly and fast and problem free. I was initially a little concerned about leaving my car keys with strangers but I have full trust in this company and appreciated the brilliant service that they gave me. The directions were a little confusing and seemed to be right and lefts were opposite but maybe it was me! I would highly recommend this service to anyone and will definitely be using this company again in the near future.

It's a no brainer, this parking is 5 mins from the airport. A car was waiting to take us to the airport as soon as we'd arrived. On the way back we waited no more than 10 mins at the airport. Friendly service. Superb value for money.
