Thankfully, a very quick transfer to terminal, as we were in a rush! Polite and friendly staff and we did not have to wait very long to be collected when we returned. Just a quick call and they were at the collection point within 10 minutes. Will use again.

Despite early start (4.45am) met with cheerful staff who assisted with luggage. Pick up was cheeful and prompt. Will definitely use again

After getting lost made a phone call to the office and we were directed in. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. On return arrived about 1am and only had to wait five minutes before the coach turned up. I will use this car park again in the future and very good value for money.

The proximity to the airport was ideal as the transfer from the car park took just 5 minutes. The driver (both to and from the airport) was helpful and courteous. Pick up on our return was very quick. We would definitely use them again.

The car park was easy to find and, on arrival, the member of staff seemed to be expecting us. There was no paperwork to fill in; we just got on a minibus immediately and arrived at the terminal building five minutes later. The minibus picked us up again on our return very swiftly. An excellent service.

The whole system was so quick. We were back in our car within one hour of landing, despite absolutely atrocious weather. Nice and close to the airport.

I've never parked off-airport before, so I had my doubts, but this was a really good little car park. The staff were very friendly. When we arrived, the transfer was immediate, and when we departed, we only waited 5-10 minutes. The airport was only a few minutes away. Would definitely use again. Only thing to watch out for is that the car park is a little hard to find; you can only see the sign from one direction. But we found it fairly easily with sat nav.

After waiting around in the cold and putting up with full coaches I thought I'd try a different kind of service. I was very pleasantly surprised with the personal service this company supplied. My return flight was even 3 hours late and there still wasn't a problem. Excellent...

Easy to find, friendly staff, only 5 mins from airport and just a phone call as we came out of the airport and they were there to pick us up.

The car and driver were awaiting us to take us to the airport and on our return we waited only 5 minutes before we were collected at Luton. Friendly and efficient staff. Will certainly use Central Car Park in the future.

Arrived at Parking Facility, filled in a minute amount of paperwork, taken straight to Airport - less than 20 minutes. Arrived back rang for transport but it was already waiting for us. taken back to Car Park where our car was warm and waiting for us. Over all Excellent Service we would use again.

Minor gripe: The traffic directions need to be amended because of the current road improvements - otherwise.... Prompt, courteous and helpful. Collected with no delay whatsoever. Will definitely use again :)

On arrival checking in was was easy and relaxed with all details on their computer and no waiting around. Being situated close to the airport transfer took very little time and avoided any traffic queues. On return a call to the office soon brought the coach to pick you up and again checking out was very easy and informal. Would certainly recommend this to anyone.

Staff excellent even at 4 in the morning.Slightly difficult to find especially when confronted by a closed gate.Return collection took longer than expected because of 'traffic' and the wait in the cold & rain was not appreciated.

Beats waiting in a cold & exposed bus shelter in mid or long term car parking. Had to wait approx 5 mins at gates to be unlocked and minibus return, but at least are in comfort of own car. Quick drop off of car and immediate transfer to airport. Pick up on returning equally as quick & efficient at the drop of a phone call. Only minor complaint - as our car hadn't been pulled out and prepared ready, I had to walk through puddles to where it was parked and got wet feet!! Very minor complaint, but for price, promptness and overall service I would definitely recommend & use again.

I dithered over where to park due to the expense involved, however, Central Car Parking were worth every penny. On arrival we were taken straight to the airport. I was delighted that there were good quality booster seats for our children (aged 2 and 4). When returning after a long day of travelling the bus was there to greet us, with a friendly driver who helped with our bags and children. The cars are parked very near Luton airport and our car was all ready for us. Great service - much appreciated.

This could not have been any easier. The attendants were ready for my arrival and helped load all the cases into the minibus ready to take us to the airport. The journey was only about 5 minutes and we were dropped off right outside the departures. When we returned a quick phone call to them and we were collected very promptly where our car was ready and waiting for us to set off home again. This is exactly the sort of service many companies are missing these days and I would recommend Central Car Parking 100%. A fantastic service delivered with a smile. Perfect!

Booked on-line in advance however car broke down the week before and we had to use another. Central car parking changed the car details with no fuss and confirmed back by email the revised details. The pick up and drop off were very prompt and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to use the service again.
