While the facilities don't look like much, the staff more than made up for any initial worries. Everything was extremely efficient, and we were whisked away to the airport within 5 minutes of arriving. On our return (3 hours delay) we were the last flight to come in, but again the service was extremely efficient and friendly. So highly recommended.

Surprisingly close to the airport and so transfer time is minimal. No waiting time exeperienced. Efficient and polite. Would recommend.

I worried about handing the keys to my ST, but I needn't had. The car was as I'd left it. I missed my flight and so had to have CCP look after my car for for an extra two days. I called them when I could and explained. They were sympathetic and when I eventually got back, the cost was a reasonable extra £11. If I go via Luton again, these are the people I'll use.

Really friendly staff. Got lost on the way to the carpark. Completely my fault, directions were really clear I just didn't follow them properly. Rang the office who got me on the right road, very friendly and it was 4:30 in the morning, so very impressed!

Very impressed with the service. Transfers were immediate ,staff friendly and our car ready to drive away on arrival.

A little difficult to find due to new roads in the area. First contact with receptionist could have been more welcoming, but otherwise excellent service from all other staff. Overall good service and excellent value.

Smallish car park. I found the directions to their place a little difficult especially with the new road layout around Luton. I had to call them at 3am for help as I got lost. They were very helpful.

Might have got lucky but transfers to and from the airport were more or less instant. Car ready by kiosk when I got back to the car park, no complaints would recommend them.

Easy to find, friendly and helpful staff. Waiting for us when we arrived (even at 6am) and landed (10.30pm) Would use again and great value for money, plus no hassle of parking just drop the car off and jump in the minibus

The car park was easy to find, we parked up, handed over the keys, they put our suitcases in a minibus and immediately drove us to the airport. We must have been in the airport within 10 minutes of arriving at the car park. Then coming back, we phoned them to tell them we were ready to be picked up and literally within seconds of us finding the pick up point, the minibus arrived. The staff were highly professional and very friendly. What a great experience... it was almost too easy - I started my holiday on a high because of the excellent service we received central car parking!

Only a couple of minutes from the airport, hence when arriving back the minibus is with you in a couple of minutes. The staff were very friendly & helpful. On returning to the car park my car was at reception waiting to be driven away. Great value for money,

We arrived at the car park at 5am, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The transfer bus was ready and waiting and we were in the airport check in within about 15 minutes from arriving at the depot. On return at 1am the following week we phoned for the transport which arrived within 10 minutes and received the same friendly and helpful service. It was -3 degrees and the staff had put the car heaters on for us so it was all defrosted and warm when we got in for our journey home!! Can highly recommend this company and will definately use them again.

Tha car park was easy to find and once checked in with reception we were staight on the bus and away to aiport which is only few minutes away. The return pick up was ok although had to wait for 10/15 mins but nice to see car waiting and engine on warming it up when we got back to carpark as it was a chilly night.

We had a problem when we were half way to the car park, had to turn around and go back, leaving us with a nearly impossible journey to allow us to book in on time, we phoned the Central Car Park in Advance, they were waiting at the gate with our paperwork and transport running, we made it with two minutes to spare, they were fantastic, no matter what every time we go to Luton Airport we will only use Central Car Park, thanks again

I have used Central Car Parks on several occasions and always found the service excellent and the staff helpful. My car is secure, and I am taken and collected promptly.

Carpark easy to locate from M1, transfer to the airport was quick and efficient. The return service was equally smooth and friendly.

We were really impressed with everything about this car park. We arrived at the car park at 4am and there was a bus there for us to get straight on. We called when we landed back at Luton and there was a bus waiting for us. Drivers both ways were really friendly and our car was ready when we returned. The car park is easy to find and is under 5 minutes from the terminal(much closer and much more efficient than Airparks). What more could we ask for?! We will be using this Central Car Parking everytime we fly from Luton in future

Friendly Staff, The mini bus was already waiting for us when we arrived and our car was already warm when we start the journey as it was 1 degree centigrate outside. Very impressed with the service provided.

I was a bit apprehensive to begin with as I had never booked with your company before; however, you were recommended to me by my boss so who am I to argue with him! This was undoubtedly the best car hire experience I have had and I was impressed by the great condition of the car. I am also amazed at how quickly we were able to collect the car and even more pleased with the ease we had in returning it. We barely had to wait five minutes for the gentleman to inspect the car, and even then we didn't feel like we were being judged (although we had done no damage, you sometimes feel like that with other companies!). A very positive experience and I will definitely recommend and use you again. Thank you!
