I arrived early but was expected. The transfer to the airport was very efficient - a vehicle was waiting to take me and the transfer time was less than 5 minutes. On return, a vehicle was already waiting at the drop off point and I was back to my car and on my way home within 10 mins. I would definitely use them again. In many ways it was easier than using the on airport car parking.

Friendly staff, easy transfer within a couple of minutes from booking in. Less than five minutes wait for pickup from airport. Good value for money. Happy to use them again.

Drop off at the airport very quick and collection even quicker. I will use again next time I fly from Luton.

We arrived at the parking site with no problems, directions were clear and simple. Parked up, exchanged details and were transferred to the airport terminal within 10 minutes. On return called the number given and was picked up and with car within 20 minutes. Hassle free and efficient service. Highly recommend these guys.

We would highly recommend Central Car Parking. The staff were friendly and efficient even at 5a.m!! It only took minutes to hand the car over and the mini bus was waiting to transfer us to the airport. On our return we were picked up quickly and our car was ready and waiting. Will definately be our parking of choice whenever we fly from Luton in the future.

Would definitely recommend this to others, great service and good value compared to the other car parks.

You could park a bit cheaper at Airparks - but unless you're really going to miss that tenner then save yourself the hassle and park here. I reckon the transfers actually take less time than with the on site long term parking and the staff are friendly and efficient. We just need someone from Luton Airport to sort out their pathetic excuse for a drop off system - a shambles and an absolute disgrace! If I don't use central Car Storage again it's because I don't use Luton again!

From the price to the service to the efficiency, my experience with Central Car Parking was faultless. If I have to use Luton airport again I will most certainly be using this service!

Would definitely use this service again if going to Luton Airport. Only a short transfer to the airport, but the minibus was there on our arrival to take is to the airport. Staff were friendly and efficient and on our return back to the airport, a minibus arrived to collect us only a matter of a few minutes after I called to say we were ready for collection. Such an easy, efficnent service to use.

Communication between the company and myself was excellent and informative. The directions to the parking lot were detailed. The check-in procedure thorough but quick. Transfers were quick and all staff I met were pleasant, efficient and supportive. Thank you and I shall be using the service again.

The setup and location are ideal, fast transfers, only problem was driver on way to airport who was very rude to my partner as apparently I wasn't hurrying enough from car to mini bus. Apparently he had people to pick up but he neglected to tell me this, just hassle her. By comparison the driver on way back was very friendly, chatty and and informed us of local traffic problems and how to avoid them.

Definitely would use them again. No waiting , no fuss, seamless. Very good value for money

In total about 5 sentences were spoken. However, it was easy to find and worked very well for us.

Don't be put off by the slightly "down-at-heel" appearance of the parking site when you arrive. The whole experience was pleasurable and hassle free. Our car was ready for us on return, with the window wound down to let in some air (a hot day)and the keys being held out for us to take straight away, meaning we could drive off home without further ado. Fantastic! Transfer time to and from Luton was about 4 minutes - we will be using this company again.

staff were genuinely friendly and helpful ...including pointing out the bag which I had left in my car.Its a short easy trip from the carpark to the airport and when we returned we just phoned them when we got our luggage and they were exactly where we had been told to meet them .Once again nice friendly driver to take us the 10 minute drive back to the car park...did all at said on the tin and more...with the warmth and friendliness

This was the first time we had used Central Car Parking. Everything worked very efficiently. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We left for the airport as soon as we had booked in and there was no delay with the pick up on our return. We were very pleased and will definitely use the service again.

Read the other reviews and the experience was exactly as the best ones described. Easy to find, checked in and whisked away to the airport in minutes, there and back. Very early flight out and travelling on my own but felt safe and the staff were very friendly. I shall certainly use the service again.
