very easy to find from directions given,very friendly staff transport too and from the airport was very quick and prompt by very nice friendly helpful drivers . i would reccomend this car park to everyone and would use them again.

This company offer a fantastic and extremely efficient service. Everyone is very polite, friendly and helpful. The transfers are very efficient. Each time I fly from Luton I will always use them. It's a shame there are not more companies which offer such value for a money and such a fantastic and very reliable service.

The bus was waiting and left within 3mins on each transfer. Cars were rowed up and waiting, pointing out towards the exit (small thing but good idea after long flight to be able to just get in and go). Easy to find and close to airport. Will use again next time

I was worried about travellng from Luton Airport. However Central carparking were fantastic from start to finish. Arrived at carpark, transfer bus waiting, took 5 minutes to airport, staff very helpful confirming pick up points. And on return from holiday a quick call and bus arrived to take us back to car, which was ready to drive away. I would say it was quicker than parking at the airport. 10 out of 10.

Previous experience with other airport parking companies has made me wary of problems or long waits. However we we all (2 cars, my party and my daughters)pleasantly surprised at the prompt service and friendly and helpfull staff. Both cars were parked at the entrance waiting for us when we arrived and A lady was standing there with our keys. Brilliant! I will use you again next time I fly from Luton.

The staff were very friendly (even at 6am). The transfers were prompt and we didn't have to stand around in the cold too long. From booking online to collecting our car at the end of the holiday the whole experience was very easy. i would definatly use again.

Everything went to plan, from booking on-line to arrival at the site. The site was easy to find, they knew all about us when we got there, the transport to the airport was ready and waiting. the journey a few minutes and information as to where to meet the transfer back really clear eg same place. On return our call was answered promptly and in a friendly manner, the transfer was waiting for us as we approached the pick up point and the car was ready and waiting in an easy to drive away from space at the site. We'd definitely book again with complete confidence

We were extremely satisfied with the level of service received. We are a family of four, with two primary school age children. The service was hassle free and the mini bus took only a matter of five minutes to transfer from the car park to the terminal building. The driver was waiting for us on our return. We will definitely use the service again when flying from Luton.

When we arrived check in was very quick and we were taken immediately to the airport, not waiting for a bus. Transfer was just a few minutes. On return we called as soon as we cleared customs and the bus was there to pick us up with in a few minutes. The car was ready to go. A very quick and efficient service.

Close to the airport, quick transfer time in a small comfortable minibus (not a big standing room only bus), pretty quick pick up time on return. Friendly helpful staff. Highly recommended. Thanks!

Checked in took about 30 seconds, car was waiting for us to drive to the airport. On arrival back to Luton, one quick call, and driver was with us within minutes. Very good service, would definitely use again.

I would definitely recommend this parking service. Easy to find, close to airport. Bus was ready to take us to terminal on mini bus. We just had to park car by office and step in to bus and were at terminal in about 6 minutes. Just had to phone when we returned and had 5 minutes wait for bus to take us back. Car ready upon arrival. No hassle at all. Fantastic!

Attentive staff, quick transfers and represented good value for money.

Incredibly helpful staff. From dropping off the car to arriving at the airport was no more than 10 mins and it was the same service when we returned home. We would not hesitate to use this service again. Thank-you.

However, the directions to the car park from Hitchen are wrong. It is not the second exit on the Hilton roundabout.

Overall I was generally very impressed with the service given - efficient, courteous, punctual, stressless and friendly .... would defintely recommend to others and use again.

The name of Central Car Parking and Central Car Storage is confusing. It is better to clarify it.

i will recommend Central car paking to all my friends. I have used them twice this summer at a range of differnet times and on each occasion, when leaving or returning staff have been very friendly and helpful and hte service has been absoulutely first class, with absolutely no hold ups at all. Really excellent!

This is convenient to the terminal and is punctual and prompt. Driver were courteous and there was no problem getting hold of the office on the return journey.

Found Central Parking easily from directions on website and even though I hadn't got the correct paperwork from the booking they still booked me in quickly and without question! Transfer was so quick with a friendly driver. Return was easy - rang the number given and before I had finished texting my husband to say I was home, the minibus had arrived. Excellent - would recommend and will use again in September
