Coaches were rather crowded, and uncomfortable, not enough luggage space.

Your operation at Luton Airparks is the most efficient airport parking service I have ever used. The staff (even at 05:00am) were very polite, highly efficient and helpful, we couldn't believe how smoothly it all operated and were most impressed, on our return it was just as seamless and smooth. Bearing in mind how travelling by air is not always the most pleasant of experiences, your company made our day, we are higly recommending you to everyone we encounter. I was also listening to one of your drivers and even he praised his bosses, his comment was - nothing is too much trouble for our boss and as far as I am concerned - well done Airparks thats defintely the way to run a customer facing company, keeping your staff happy goes a good way towards keeping your customers happy. I have worked in customer service for 20 odd years and I have never seen anything as slick as your operation - well done and congratulations to all involved.

You do not mind waiting for a bus in summer in winter it is a different story, the first people out of the airport would ring for a bus but it could still take 50 minutes for the bus to arrive 20 minutes from the call time would be acceptable as all travel information is given when booking the car in so there should be no wasted journeys.

I found booking and changing my booking to be very straighforward. Phone and counter staff are friendly and well trained.

Car parking is very well laid out and there is ongoing improvements but the transfer to the airport was not as frequnet as expected and had to wait about 20 mins for transfer.

It was very easy to book the car parking on the internet. The location was great and we will definitely use it again when we next fly from Luton.
