I was extremely impressed with Q-Park Heathrow. It was excellent value for money. The staff were courteous and efficient on checking in and out, and there was a bus waiting for us on the way to the airport. Coming back, we called for the bus and it arrived within about 5 minutes. Absolutely faultless, particularly in these days when customer service seems to be an afterthought for many other companies.

The service is very friendly and efficient. On dropping my car off at reception, the staff knew who I was as I walked through the door and had the paperwork ready (they scan car number plates as you drive in). There was no waiting for a bus to the terminal. On collection, the staff handled a change of flight time without any fuss. We did not have to wait very long to be picked up from the terminal and the car was waiting by reception to be picked up. There is traffic information in reception, complementary sweets and fruit, and did I mention how friendly and cheery the staff are? This is the best service I've used so far. Hopefully they will be able to maintain the very high standard that they have started out with.

I was travelling by myself with a toddler the staff were very helpful when I arrived at car park and transfer was very prompt. On return I rang and by time I got to the bus stop I only had a 5 min wait and bus driver was very helpful when we arrived at car park the driver helped us off and our keys were given to us promptly and the driver and another member of staff helped me with the pushchair and luggage to my car and helped me load it all in. I would definitely use them again.

Hassle free, quick transfers, helpful staff. I would definitely use again, especially with Q-Park's new excellent site.

Q-park now having moved to new premises are very efficient, easy to contact and the drivers all speak token english. The only drawback i could foresee would be the entrance to the secure unit after the second barrier is very acute and some elder drivers might find this difficult. I will certainly use them in future.

I'm a frequent Flyer, Q-park Heathrow offers a good location to all terminals with quick transfers. The staff are friendly, the service runs like clock work and forget about freezing outside the terminal waiting for a pickup - they arrive within minutes!

Friendly and efficient staff combined with a wonderful new facility make Q-Park the only choice for long term parking at Heathrow as far as I am concerned!
