Excellent, would definately use Quality Parking again. We arrived at the reception, left our car to be parked and walked straight in to let them know we had arrived. A minibus was waiting for us outside to take us straight to the airport. Very efficient, quick and friendly service. When arriving back at Heathrow we rang and the bus was with us within 10 mins.

Easy to find,nothing to much trouble,polite, friendly and helpful staff...........Will be useing again next time.

Aside from the slight irritation of requiring those giving feedback to not just summarise but 'elaborate' on their experience of using a car park, everything has been very friendly and efficient.

1 service driver can be mo friendly helpful and smile to custumer. 2 Same for custumer service same staff friendly same not they should smile and help to custumer. 3 I was happy before with quality car park but now i found littel bit unhappy staff. 4.They should pick up custumer on time because we waited 20 minits with same custumer in cold weather. On arrival, very curtious reception and transfer driver. On return, stuck at 'bus stop 5', open to the elements for 25-30 minutes. Driver nearly rammed traffic in front, passengers thrown forward. Luggage back at Q-Park 'chucked' from mini-bus

easy to find I parked the car and a taxi took us straight away there was no waiting about, picking up my car was jus the same I would rate quality parking to everyone

The booking process was easy and straightforward. Directions to the site were clear. Upon arrival we were whisked away to the airport quickly by helpful and efficient staff. The journey to heathrow was quick. Upon our return we had the same experience. In fact, a bus was waiting when we arrived at the bus stop so we just got on! The car park has clearly had some major financial investment recently and it shows. This is an efficiently run establishment which uses the latest high tech equipment to make it tick so smoothly. Well worth the additional cost.

Easy to find, close to airport. Staff were curtious. Nice clean car park. Check in easy, on our way withing 3 minutes. Only 5 minute wait for pick up. Would use again

We have no complaints albeit this is our first time with this company. The pick up could have been a little quicker given that we stood in the cold for a while. If you have mobility problems, the transfer buses are not for you because the step is very high.

We found the centre easy with the directions from our email confirmation.The staff were curtious and helpful. Easy transaction with leaving the car and upon returning, pick up was fast, on time and was nice to enter a warm vehicle in these winter months! The car was in godd order and we drove away in no time at all. thank you. :)

Only confusion on return journey - contacted QAP by phone as instructed, took their instructions and 15 minutes later they denied all knowledge of me! Sorted in the end, just a little unprofessional especially when we were tired and ready for home.

The facilities are slightly outside the airport but the transfers were efficient so did not wait too long. The pickup on return took a bit longer than the outbound but the wait was not unreasonable. My cars are under cover which is more secure and better for the condition of the car. I would use them again in the future.

Quality Airport Parking was well-lit, with helpful staff dealing with a large volume of satisfied customers. They picked us up shortly after we arrived and our car was waiting for us at their complex main entrance. When we realised our tire was flat (we had been away 2 weeks), their helpful staff took care of it straight away. We will definitely use Quality Airport Parking again! It is good to have found a company we can trust on future travels.

A well-run concern in whose hands we felt confident leaving our car. Parking at Heathrow is notoriously expensive but we felt that QAP prices were competitive. Quite happy to go there again.

altogether really good service if i had one small compliant it was the wait for transfer after returning which took about half an hour

We can only say that this was the best service we have had. After landing at the airport you phone a number and tell them you are ready, they then give you a bus stop number to go to and in our experience they were there waiting when we got to the bus stop!! No fuss just a very well organised company. The car park is highly maintained and under cover. I would highly recommend this service. Many thanks.

The service worked as described. Only complaint would be about the staff as didn't seem very helpful. One couple were worried about catching their flight but the staff couldn't have cared less. On return, the driver didn't help load any bags onto the van.

No one on duty to direct us where to park. The woman in the office was very surly, she had to enter all my details into her computer as she had no record of them. shen spelt my name wrong and had my car registration wrong, so had to do the whole thing again. It took over 30 minutes from driving into the car park to arrival at terminal 5. I would not use them again, especially if time is tight.

A little tricky to find, you can only get to it travelling West as it is on a dual carriageway, but once in it is quick, efficient and extremely hassle-free.

Quality Airport Parking have maintained the professional service of their predecessor company Q-Park. The Q-Park logo was a higly visible brand distinguishable from other advertising. Unfortunately, the Q-Park logo seems to be in the process of being phased out. This is a highly regrettable decision since the minibus/transfer taxis that display the new Quality Airport Parking logo are bland and undistinguishable from many other airport vehicles, and as a result we nearly missed our pickup. Why is it that some senior managers of companies do not appreciate when they have something special in their hands and have to effect change just for the sake of change, and in so doing they destroy some of the best attributes of their company?
