When entering Q Parks it is not quite clear where you have to go, so after entering the first barrier just keep left and enter through a second barrier, unlike myself who thought the reception was to the right. We had an excellent service very fast and efficient and so quick to terminal 5, with friendly and helpful drivers. We have already booked for the car in for our next trip.

I have used this car park many times and this was the worst experience I have had with them, on the outbound they were helpful (once they could find my booking) and the transfer was very prompt. When I returned I called from baggage hall and was told 10 mins but waited over 35mins in cold and wet with toddler. I called them back after 20 mins to be told it was on its way but still waited over another qtr of an hour. Not their normal standards.

Both the outward and the inward experience was good. We will certainly use QAP next time we fly from Heathrow.

Everything worked as it should, with no hick-ups. The staff were courteous, but didn't need to be particularly "friendly and helpful", although this could have made the experience remotely worth remembering.

Arrival was problem free. Transferred to the airport saftely and speedily. On arrival we phoned to let them know we had arrived. We were directed to the bus stop which was a bit of a walk. We had to stand in the cold for a long time before being collected (not pleasant with 2 small children).

The transfer from the airport back to the car took nearly an hour from the time of our phone call to getting back to the car. The car was damaged when we got to it - this is currently being pursued by Purple Parking Compared to other parking operators we have used, we found the experience difficult and not worth the money.

On arriving at the car park we were dealt with extremely efficiently and the transfer to LHR was excellent. On our return we experienced some delay in being collected from the airport. When collecting our car your female member of staff apologised profusely explaining that the difficulty had been caused by staff abscences/illness - very professional.

As always, one of the quickest services to drop off and pick up which is what counts when its cold and wet and is also why I've kept coming back to them a few times a month for over a year. Facilities good and clean as always. Won't comment on organisation this time as they have just been bought and total chaos in the office is to be expected I guess. Trust they get back to their old standards before I return.

After I had used Q-Park more than 20 times this was certainly the last time. I had to wait 40 minutes at T5 and I had call them 3 times before I was picked up. They obviously had forgotten to send a bus because the driver told that he had needed only six minutes from the carpark to T5.The shift manager didn't care at all about my complaints and didn't show anything that looks like customer service. I'm very disappointed about this bad service and customer care.

When returning to Heathrow sometimes the phone is not answered as quickly as possible. If you are using a mobile 2 or 3 calls can be a problem. The staff at the Booking Hall could be a bit more cheerful. The Drivers are excellent.

After phoning for pick up from Term 3 we had to wait 35 minutes - during which we made 5 repeat phone calls - before eventually the van arrived to collect us. This is unacceptable!

The concept of dumping your car on entrance and picking it up on exit from a small holding covered car park is far preferable to the conventional alternative of having to find a space in the middle of nowhere and haul your luggage to a bus stop in the rain. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The only minor niggle is that on return to LHR T3 (which is a zoo at the best ot times) and making the phone call, the bus seemed to be a long time coming. I will certainly use this service again next time I need parking at LHR.

We thought the facilities were of a high standard and security appeared good. We were dealt with promptly on arrival and transfers in both directions were reasonably quick. Our vehicle was ready in the pick-up area when we returned. Staff were polite and efficient.

Excellent parking facility if staying in "Premier inn" or "Ibis" which are situated closely. By parking in the car park and walking the short distance to the hotel I saved money. After an overnight stay in the "Premier Inn" the transfer service provided ensured I got to the airport conveniently and by doing this I saved an £8.00 daily hotel parking charge in the process.

Good location, nice and close to the airport. Transfers were easy, only waited 5 minutes for the pick-up on return. Drivers pleasant, counter staff efficient if not over-the-top friendly. Would recommend and use again.
