good prompt service easy to find easy to park only issue was finding bus stop 22 when we arrived back would use again and recommend to others

I have always found the coaches run frequently, staff helpful should you ever need them. Never had an issue on collection either. The only downside is any idiots parking badly on the way in to the car park which can make the buses passing harder so i always allow an extra 10 minutes for this, we had a broken down lorry and another parked behind so waiting for drivers to unload and move can be fun.

Position of car park to airport terminals is excellent.Staff very friendly and helpful.

Easy to find and only minutes from the Motorway. Short transfer times. I will use again. Only one negative comment, don't park under the trees as my car was covered in bird poo after only one day.

My car would not start on our return but the staff were extreemly helpful. Could not fault your service

My only complaint is that my car received a slight dent to the door whilst parked.

could have more signs once you are in the park- instructions re validation weren't exact but otherwise very good experience

There are currently (September 2011) some roadworks which, on the day, partially obscured the entry sign so we missed the turning. And the access road surface is bad, as is the surface where we park the cars. But no problem if one is careful. Staff helpful and friendly.

We found this service completely satisfactory. The park is easy to find, quick & easy parking & transfers. Great value for momney .Will recommend to friends.

Only glitch was with directions to the car apork. I found the turn but it said you then had to leave the Park Hotel to your left, but in fact you had to drive around a side road leaving the hotel to your right.

A little awkward to find as you seem to go into the hotel but once parked the transfer to Heathrow was quick and efficient. A 10 minute wait when I got back but again very efficient to get back to and back on the road.

Extremely convenient location and very easy to find, although signage once turned off the main road into what looks like a hotel forecourt could be more obvious. Beware parking by the back fence under the trees, unless you are a keen fan of a very heavy bird-droppings look on your paintwork. Return bus was not corporately marked, so keep a keen eye out at T3 bus stop 22, as driver will not necessarily stop and open doors to check if any of the assembled queue are actually waiting for NCP Flightpath...

Plenty of space on bus, quick transfer to the terminals. A no-frills service but delivers where it's important - reliability and value.

The car park is just next to the airport and transfers were very quick. Would recommend.

Just one thing to consider, we were dropped off at terminal 3 and were supposed to land at terminal 3 but our flight was amalgamated and we flew back to terminal 1 and had a very long walk back to the bus stop outside terminal 3.

Easy to find parking facility with free regular transfers to terminal 3. We found the whole experience simple and unstressful.Charges were very competative and we could not fault the service provided. Would definately reccommend to everyone.

i used ncp parking as i was working in t2 the carpark staff was very helpfull and service was excellent

I knew where I was going but entrance is a little tortuous and easy to miss. Roadworks didn't help. Main gripe would be the time between shuttle buses as waited over 20 mins at Terminal 3 before bus arrived at mid afternoon when no problems with traffic. Security - first class.

A tip for Heathrow - do not go into the Park Inn car park! Keep all the way to the left and follow the road round. Simple when you know.

Directions state hotel on your left, then turn left around the hotel. This was a bit confusing as you turn in front of the hotel so it is then on your right and never actually on your left. It is signed though so keep an eye out. Once there everything went very smoothly and no need to call to book a bus back unless it's the middle of the night.
