The parking surface is not great as the loose gravel kicks up and scratches the cars. The hole in the road before crossing the bridge is dangerous and cause some damage to my car when going over it as I did not see it at 4:30am in the morning! It would also be useful to put on your confirmation the details of the bus stops to collect the NCP flightpath shuttle from, as we lost vital minutes on our return trying to locate this at terminal 3 (bus stop 22), terminal 2 (bus stop ?), terminal 1 (bus stop ?). I hope this feedback is helpful, with these amendments above I would not hesitate to use your services again or recommend you to my work colleages. Many thanks Mark Simmons

Everything about our experience was made easy. The only thing we didn't, at first understand is that, unlike some other airport carparks where cameras register your number plate and then open the barrier, you have to take a ticket as you enter even though you have already paid for the parking. Otherwise it was as easy and efficient and comfortable as one could wish for in the stress of travelling.

I read in other peoples review that the location is difficult to find, this is not true in my experience but understand why they mentioned this. If you look for signs carefully you will find the car park without any problem. I park my car often at various airports and this car park is one of the best in terms of location, transfers and value for money. I shall be using it again in a few weeks time and highly recommend it to everyone.

In spite of reviews that I had read saying that the park was difficult to find, I had no problem. However, one caution: when I was leaving the car park, I wanted to get back to the main access road for LHR, from which we had driven to enter the car park. At the first set of traffic lights we turned right - wrong. This road takes you west, over the main LHR access road, though you do eventually reach the M4/M25. Worse though, I entered the WRONG SIDE of the carriageway into oncoming traffic! ( Must have been an easy mistake as 2 other cars followed me.)

Nothing to fault at all. Easy to find, professional service and car park felt like a safe place to leave my car. Also reassuring to see that the flight crews also use the car park!

A more than adequate service - does what it says on the tin! Directions from motorway clear and easy to follow. Parking bay just what was needed. Staff courteous and helpful. Transfer to and from airport terminal prompt, speedy and easy. Bus Drivers polite and helpful. Collection of vehicle hassle free - not a bother. We would use this service again and recommend it to others.

Very pleased with the whole experience. Great location for terminal 3,easy to find from directions and parking was adequate. Forgot to validate my ticket on departure but staff were brilliant! Would definitely use again

The LHR car park was easy to find, with very clear written directions on the booking form and good signposts. I like the ticket system where you simply take the ticket at the barrier, drive in and park. There was a transfer bus waiting so I took that to Terminal 1, about 5 mins max. On return,the allocated bus stop is a minute's walk turning right out of the exit, I waited about 3 mins for the bus, then returned to the car park. Where the bus stops there is an office where you can authorise your ticket, then straight to the car and out. I had parked in the area behind the office building and did have trouble with the arrows and signs which led me to the "Exit". Twice I arrived at a dead end so eventually decided to drive against the arrows. This was an easy exit, apart from the irate driver who was driving too fast and nearly hit me head-on. Once out of exit, the signposts are, again, excellent and you join the airport's "spur road" in no time. I will definitely use NCP Flightpath in future, I travel a lot and have had some unpleasant, pricey and uncomfortable experiences in the past. This is the best... even easier than a Meet & Greet!

I have used this Park on numerous occasions and it has been very convenient for us,the staff are very helpful,transfers run to time and we will carry on using it.

The bus was there when I left the car and another bus was due when I arrived back from my trip. Quick and efficient!

nothing spectacular but sufficient for our purposes. Convenient location for terminal 1.

The service makes car parking very trouble-free. My only complaint is that on the last three occasions I have arrived to find that you have no record of my booking. Nevertheless, you have always dealt with it from my printout of the booking.

All is fine except the driver failed to tell us when we arrived at terminal 1 and as it is just a bus stop with no actual sign we stayed on the bus and were taken back to the car park. A simple announcement would suffice,

In every way I was very happy. The only difficulty I experienced was the directions for arrival at the carpark at the beginning since I did not understand them to say that I circumvented the hotel from within the premises and I went round on the road. Once I sorted that out, it was superb! Thank you.

Used 3 times now, always very competitive on price, car park is large and secure (but well hidden over a bridge behind the Park Inn hotel)very close to the airport approach road. Its only a few minutes away from the terminal buildings so transfer times very quick and no worries about being stuck in traffic. Never had to call for a pick up as a bus has always arrived withing 10 mins or so. New fleet of buses since my last visit. Car park is part gravel and tarmac but who cares you are not staying there the car is ! Staff/drivers polite and helpful. Will use again and again.

After arriving back my car battery was flat, and the staff member was more than happy to help - thanks great service

Very good, easy access... no big formalities... quick... take a ticket just park the car come out and when you pick show the ticket with your name... thats it.... no hassle

very satisfactory . but still needs one or two more signs to direct customers the correct way around the hotel to the car park, having turned off the main road .

Although I will probably re-use again, I feel that the parking could do with a little better signposting as it was difficult to find at night.

Exellent parking: very close to airport,very short drive to terminal (one could practically walk there), simple to use system, reasonably priced.
