Unfortunately had to cancel the car park due to flight being cancelled. Very impressed with the speedy return of my money. Thank you. I only wish that Austrian airlines was as prompt.

All went smoothly, apart from when turning into hotel entrance, a sign for the car park could be displayed more promintely, thus eliminating asking passer bys if they know where the car park is.

The parking was simple collect your ticket, park the car go to reception and wait in the warm for a bus. Friendly reception staff let us know where to get the bus from upon arrival. The buses were on time and the whole experience was easy. The only point I would make is not to be put off when you get to the park inn there is a sign for delivery's behind which looks a bit dubious but follow it round and you will see the NCP sign.

Used before and very good. Due to family illness we were unable to travelthis time but was given no quibble refund after one phone call. Thank you.

I read all of the feedback before booking, so I was ready for the small problems on arrival. The plus points: The staff we met were polite and helpful. The car park felt secure, there were lights, the ground surface was a little uneven and gravelly in places but was perfectly adequate. The minus points: Most reviews say that the signage that takes you round the hotel and across the narrow bridge is far too small. This is true, and if I hadn't read about it I'd have got lost like some people were saying happened to them. While the transfer bus was punctual, and its driver considerate, the drop off point to the terminal was bad and the pick up point from the terminal was again poorly signed, and on both occasions we had to ask for directions. Finally, though I thought I'd calculated enough time to get back to the car park, this was compromised by a late landing and then not being able to find the bus stop in time and we missed the bus by seconds. When we did get to the car park, the time was nearly up and I was informed that I had only four minutes to pack my my cases in my car or I would be charged more money. This arrangement could be more flexible. Overall then, this was good value for money with some real positive points. A little more attention to detail though could raise the bar for this conveniently situated car park.

Could do with more sign getting to the park especially got confused with the car park just outside the main road. (Hotel's parking)

Car parking was Simple and Convenient process, with the best value around. I like the way you can drive straight in and get straight on a bus, hassle free, no checking-in at a desk or handing keys over. Buses were as frequent as described and the transfer time was very short

Need more visible information on where the pick up point is from Terminal 3 - asked a number of staff who did not know/gave wrong advice.

On return from my trip my car tyre had gone flat the very nice chap on duty came and helped me change it I will be for ever grateful for his kindness and will alway use the service

Timely drop off and pick up, easy parking (not miles to walk back to the car or the bus), the bus was quick too, just 5 minutes to the terminal front door. Just dont forget to get your ticket stamped BEFORE you leave the car park! Perfect for business use and very efficient for the low cost.

As I'd read comments from previous customers on your website, I followed their directions and found the car park with no problems, just continue to follow the NCP signs once you turn off the main road. Be careful not to pull into the hotel's car park which is the one you see first, the NCP Flightpath one is a little further along.

it was difficult to find as at first I parked at the park inn parking thinking I was right but at the reception I was informed that i had to go behind the park inn through a narrow dark road and at the end i will find it.

It wasn't as nice as some of the carparks we have used at Heathrow but I guess as it was the cheapest, it was ok. Don't think we'd use that one again though. Just looked a bit shabby and not very secure.

Really badly signposted and on our return from Italy there were no buses to meet us and no-one answering the phone!!!!!!!!!!! Turned out that there had been a power cut at the car park and they couldnt get the barrier up! Would have been nice to at least answer the phone to let us know what was going on.What a shambles!!!!!!!!!!!

Just yards away from the airport, I was delayed in getting to the airport and had to ask my friend to park the car. The duty staff was kind to understand the scenario and took care of the keys for us till we got back - eased the situation for us - very grateful

To get to the car park you have to go round the side of the Park Inn, which may seem a bit confusing. Follow the instructions and cross over the bridge to the car park. Plenty of spaces available and without having to go miles around the car park to find one. Overall very satisfactory.

The directions given were accurate, and the car park was easy to find. Journey time to the airport was quick, and the bus transfers appeared to be very frequent. A reasonably priced and generally hassle-free experience.

I would not recommend this car park to anyone just to prevent you from having more customers if it could lead to your price increase :) Excellent value for money & satisfactory service... However, additional bus stop at the far end of your car park would be helpful as well as the traffic lights allowing vehicles moving in opposite directions to pass safely over the narrow bridge. Based on the prepaid booking, I wouldn't expect to be asked to validate my parking ticket twice, at the beginning and at the end of the rental period!
