This was the first time we used NCP and we were pleasantly surprised. Easy to find, quick to park, quick transfer, no hassle! Will definitely look at them first before anyone else.

Good location rather annoying ticket showed an outstanding balance even though all details correct at time of booking. Rectified quickly and will use this service again.

Very helpful and friendly service, just make sure you per pay as if you just turn up on the day it will cost you four times as much I paid 60 pounds for a fortnights parking

Pro: friendly staff, regular quick transfer, very close to the terminal. good value for money. simple, quick and easy check in and out (actually there is no check in: you get the ticket from the barrier, find an empty space, park the car, take the keys with you and leave). On returning the barrier reads the reg number and opens even without taking the ticket. Cons: tricky to find the car park if going there for the first time. Open space car park, park on your own risk as you keep the keys (no incidents though). If you park there and it is was a problem with your reservation you will find out after your journey. If the reservation is not valid you will probably be charged a very expensive daily rate they usually have here...

Friendly helpful staff. Efficient transfers. Excellent service all round. Well worth the money and I would use this service again.

A bit dissapointed when you cannot amend or extend your booking online or when contacting the office.

Helpful in finding a space to park,right next to airport,very short waiting time for transfers.

Watch out- on reaching the exit gate the machine did not work, a message said I owed an extra £18 (which I did not). This matter was resolved on site with the office, but some would have simply paid. I don't know how common this error is? Otherwise very convenient for main terminals...

Overall the service was excellent and well worth the money paid. I was a little sceptical at first due to the low rate in comparison with other sites however my worries where soon overcome. The only dissapointment was that our return flight landed at terminal 5 which was not accomodated for by the shuttle bus. This was however our fault through not checking the details before hand as it clearly states which terminals you provide a service too. This mistake was entirely ours and therefore I cannot begrudge the £12 taxi fare to return us to your parking facilities. I also appreciated the hassle free way in which access and egress from the car park was granted. Many a time I have been to airports and there seems to be huge confusion over how you actually get in and out which is the last thing you need when you have a long drive home to contend with. All in all a very well organised site and would certainly park with you in the future.

Parking lot could do with re-surfacing- but otherwise site was very convenient for Heathrow and felt secure. Good value for money.

easy to find, very competitive price wise,you don't leave your car keys with a stranger and with all the security our car was probably safer there than at home

Access was great with automatic number recognition; although the car park itself was a bit difficult to find. Transfers were very punctual both ways (we landed at Heathrow at 6.10 am, and were in the car listening to the 7 o'clock news!). As the car park is quite small, there is not a lot of walking to do to get to the bus; and we did not have to go through any checking in process at the car park. Could not be more efficient.

It was easy to find the car park. We did not experience any problems at the entrance barrier and the parking of our car in a secure location. On arrival we were very please to find our car in very good condition as we left it in the car park. The exit from the car park was straight forward without any delays etc. However, it was a bit difficult to find the pick up stand 22 at the entrance of the terminal building.

The staff are friendly and very helpful, the transfers are frequent, and the travelling time is short. It's also extremely good value for money. The best car park for T1 and T3.

On our return on the 16th April at about 22.30hrs our car had a flat battery. The chap in the office was great by letting us call the AA but then offered us a booster charger to see if we could start it. This worked and I was able to cancel the AA and get on our way home fairly quickly. Very helpful chap, easy to get to the site. My only gripe was my wife and I had to man handle our luggage on to the bus at the airport which was quite difficult on a narrow isle that was already crammed with suitcases. The driver was obviously not getting out of his seat for nothing! hence no tip? Overall very good and convenient and a fair price,we would use again.

Fantastic location, amazing value, friendly and helpful staff, seamless transfers to terminal, a totally hassle free experience, have recommended to many friends and family, will definitely use again. Congratulations to NCP Flightpath

Easy to find, close to the airport, frequent buses, easy process when pre-paid. relative to other airport parking, quite reasonable.

A convient efficient and excellent value for money parking service would recommend to friends and family thank you.
