Make sure you take the directions provided. DatNav will do you no favours finding the car park! Lots of air crew seemed to use this service which is a recommendation in itself. Really good.

The number plate recognition made entry, and subsequent exit from the car park easy. This is not the car park to use if you intend wearing smart shoes as the surface is little more than hardcore in places. It is however, close to T1 and the discounted price through Gosimply mitigated the state of the parking bays. The transfer bus stop 5 isn't brilliantly lit, and returning in the dark of a winter afternoon waiting alone at the stop wasn't the safest feeling experience I've ever had- especially as the bus electronic sign wasn't displaying NCP Flightpath, it was instead displayed on a paper sign stuck on the bus window. However, an easy to find and use, no frills carpark. Worth the Gosimply price, not worth the price per day displayed on the NCP sign.

The car park was easy to find and only a couple of minutes from M4 junction 4. The wait for the bus was only a few minutes at both ends and everything was easy and efficient. The only very minor quibble we had was the instructions which told us to get our ticket validated at reception upon our return which actually turned out to be unnecessary. Overall, an excellent service was provided which I would gladly use again and recommend.

Well-placed near the terminals and better value than most other carparks. Used by many airline staff - speaks for itself.

Close to the airport, easy to get to although signage from the hotel could be better. Quick transfer getting to the airport but the return journey took longer than expected but I may have been unlucky. Excellent will definately use again

Whenever this is avaiable, I use this parking. I'm satisfied with this parking

Overall very good, but for the lack of clear signs (that can be seen at night) showing directions to the car park.

once you know the car park it is a must for second time around. the only comment i would make is to sort out the pick up outside the terminals as one shuttle service passed us without stopping as the bay was too full with purople parking vehicles.

A great car park - although it's technically offsite, it's quicker to get between airport and car park than any of the official on site car parks. I don't really want too many people to know about it...

The car park was very easy to find from the M4. Plenty of room to park. Arrival and departure were easy and problem-free. Quick transfer to airport terminal. Friendly staff.

All directions and information accurate apart from the change when entering carpark. Info said to press the button but very small notice in the dark said not to. too late! Simple though to get ticket authorised on return.

You shouldn't be left waiting alone at a bus stop in the dark after an 8 hour flight, and then after waiting 20 mins I had to phone depot and then wait another 15 mins for transport to arrive. Very disappointing as booking in was great initially

Flew from terminal 3 and parked for 9 days. Bus transfer was waiting to take us straight away and took approx 5 mins. Upon our return we found car battery was flat, attendant did all he could to assist and was very helpful. Would definitely use again.

The car park is just mins away from the airport and the shuttle buses are frequent and quick. The car park has just one ground level with good lighting and attendants to assist. The barriers are automated, so simply an excellent service and value for money.

A positive experience all round. Easy to find, close to terminal. Shuttle service was quick and friendly. When we picked the car up there was a small problem with the payment, but it was dealt with very quickly and caused only a very slight delay(two minutes!) Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again.

Good all round experience - Signage from the ramp road is poor as you can easily miss it and go onto the Bath Road with no easy place to turn around - Approach road narrow and again poorly signposted - you think you are heading up a blind alley as the road goes around the back of a the Park Inn hotel - No drop and valet parking - Finding a space took several tours of the tarmac to locate as this is not a big car park , once there bus was waiting and prompt drop to terminal which is actually very close. Return was a prompt collect and payment on production of the emailed pre-paid reservation was quick.
