I had difficulty getting in as the NPR system failed to read my number and then tried to charge me £328 to get out, so once again had to go to the office. Also, if you can find other spaces.... DON'T PARK UNDER THE TREES AT THE FAR END My car looked as though it had been abandoned for 6 months (I know, it was my fault for parking there) All that said, I would use them again

Very efficient and prompt bus service,we didn't have to wait at all! The staff were helpful and friendly.So close to the terminal. Would definately use again because of the above and the price!

The easiest parking I have eaver experianced and £65 for 15 days. Absolutely brilliant

Having used facilities like these before, if not NCP Flightpath, plus being on my owm, I was full of trepidation, especially after reading the other reviews on line. However, it all went very smoothly and I was impressed! I would use this service again and recommend it to friends. The only negative point was the state of the car park itself; full of pot holes and badly maintained, but apart from that, nothing bad to say.

The location of the car park was easy to find, we were given good instructions. There is a regular free bus service to the terminals. On our return the bus picked us up just outside the terminal and it arrived just as we got to the bus stop. The only let down is the customer toilet fasciitis at the car park which have seen better days. Overall very good and we would use them again.

Will use again. Shuttle bus was a little too warm, the air stopped but it was a short ride. Best price we could find, close to Heathrow and easy to find.

I waited nearly 30 mins for the pick up at LHR terminal 3, in the pouring rain, despite the service saying buses came every 20 mins. The man at the desk complained I was late, and when I explained he said "what do you expect with busy traffic" I expect a service as advertised, as the traffic at Heathrow is predicatble. Not an endearing experience.

My wife and i returned from our holiday in America, and a 6 hour flight to find a car with a flat battery. Shakera on duty could not have been more helpful. She made us welcome in the office, provided us with cup coffee and chatted until the car was repaired. Can not speak highley enough of her, she is a credit to NCP. Car park iteself was fine, easy to find, and secure enough for our needs.

This car park is behind the park hotel, near terminal 1 and 3. The site is quite big and so not too difficult to find a space. After filling in all the details of my car and duration of stay, I paid online beforehand. On the day, I simply turned up at the car park, parked my car and sat on the bus transfer to terminal 3 (10 mins) which departed 5 mins after I parked up. Simple and convenient. On my return, I arrived at Heathrow airport and had to wait 15 mins for the bus transfer to the car park (stop no 22). At the car park, I had to get my ticket stamped at the reception and I was then free to leave. Overall, I was very happy with NCP Flightpath as it was good value for money, not too far from the terminal and was quite convenient for transfer. I would definitely use again on my next holiday.

Parking for 4 weeks cost me only just over £80. The car park is very convenient for Heathrow T3 and the outward driver (when I was the only one on the bus) helpful and professional. He made sure I knew where the bus stop was for my return journey. The car park is at ground level with a surface that is tarmac, but with loose gravel in the parking spaces which was a bit of a surprise. There was adequate lighting. The transfers were prompt and only took a few minutes.

Value for money was very good and the site was eassy to get to. Coach to and from the parking was good. I will probably use them in the future.

The staff were 1st class & couldn't have been more helpful for both arrival & upon collection. We did have to wait about 20mins for pick up at Heathrow but I think that was probably due to traffic rather than the fault of NCP, although the bus stand(#22)is also used by other companies, is woeful to say the least. There is not enough cover from the elements & not enough space for passengers to wait. The location of the car park is excellent, 5 mins from T3 & I like the fact that you retain your car key. I have had miles racked up before when using other companies. Just be careful & go slowly as the access road is very narrow & is used by the buses too. Would definately recommend. Terrific staff.

After booking purple parking through go simply and direct on previous occasions i chose NCP flightpath because of its proximity to terminal 1 and the positive reviews - the price was also the best... i will use them as my first choice from now on

Parking was perfect once we'd realised it was at the back of the Park Inn Hotel. Ditto on our return once we found the sign in the terminal giving the bus stop number.

Cheaper than others (e.g. Purple), nearer than others(took 5 minutes to transfer from terminal), more frequent than others (shuttle service every 15 minutes at least) and very helpful staff(friendly lady sorted my problem out VERY quickly!

I am very pleased with NCP. Upon arrival, i was met by a very friendly member of staff who explained what to do next and what to do upon my return. The bus was already there and when I got back I had to wait for less than 5 minutes for transfer. The transfter to and from only took about 5 minutes! Very pleased with NCP and would definitely use them again!

When making your booking add extra time to avoid additional payment in case of delay on arrival.

I have previously not enjoyed parking my car prior to trips. However the NCP flightpath at Heathrow was so simple to use, simply go through the barrier, collect the ticket and get on the shuttle to the terminal. As simple as that! The transfer took about 5 minutes and the drivers were helpful and 'happy' (yes happy bus drivers!) On return we hopped on the shuttle, after waiting about 5 minutes at the bus stop and were back at our car. Brilliant service, excellent value for money, especially during the Olympics! Would definately recommend and use again.

Very easy car park to find. Very close to terminal 3 with a frequent bus service. Will use them again.
