easy to find carpark and transfers to terminal quite easy, good value for money overall

This Heathrow Off Site Car Park lived up to my expectations. There were No Nasty Surprises. Buses were Clean Inside & the Drivers seem friendly enough. Most Importantly the Buses ran On Time ! Unlike some I have used in the past ! Car "Parking Surface" was a Little Rough but I feel for the Price I paid it was a Very Small price to pay for such a Cheap Parking/Transfer Tariff. I would like to Clarify that the Roads are of a Tarmac Construction, It is "Only" the Parking Space that is a Little Rough being made of compressed hardcore & shingle. Many of the Aircraft Flight Crews seem to use This Car Park due to the Price ! I feel this Car Parking Experience was Good Value For Money. Try it & see for Yourself !

Great airport parking, especially for Terminal 3. Transfer to the terminal takes only a 5-10 minutes, buses come frequently, no need to call the office on arrival. You park your own car so less worries about somebody else driving your car. Very good value for money.

car park felt secure, no hassels, bus easy to get there and back, no handing of keys over, very close to motorway so was able to start jouney home straight away, will definately use again

I arrived at the car park around 4.30 am on 3 Feb, which was a very cold day. The car park attendant was extremely helpful, knowledgeble, proactive and efficient. He kept us informed of when the transfer bus was arriving, and made sure we were warm and safe.

Easy to get to from motorway exit, without having to make way around airport roads. Quick transfer time to airport terminal. Secure parking with registration recognition system for barriers. Only thing that could be better is clearer signage of stand 22 when you come back through arrivals. we went up and down a few times before seeing the bus shelter across the road!! Would definitely use again.

I found the car park easy to find, the bus services punctual & regular . All for one of the best rates that I could find at heathrow .

Coming from the M25 it is easy to find, but we stopped the night in a hotel so came from London direction along Bath Road and found it more difficult, it being dark and busy at the time didn't help. Other than that we thought it was first class and would recommend it, good price and good transfers. Another passenger was kind enough to give directions to the M25 which I found very helpful, straight over the taffic lights, staight over the next roundabout and right at the T-juntion.

the carpark was easy to find, making everything much easier for us country people who were rather anxious about finding our way to heathrow. Bus staff helpful,would recommend.

No problems encountered. Didn't have to wait long for the buses. Close to the airport.

Transfers were frequent and timely. Car park surface was not too good Good location VFM

We were pleasantly surprised to find the car park so conveneintly placed near the airport. There was no hastle of dropping the car keys or even filling out forms. Just park your car and hop onto the bus. We will definately be using NCP service again in future!

We were very pleased to have chosen NCP Flightpath to park our car at Heathrow. We found the car park easily and parked the car straight away.A bus was waiting and we were soon at the terminal. On our return we had a short wait under cover for the bus back to the car. The car number recognition release for the gates made things very easy. Our only problem was lack of directions and road signs to take us back to the M25. All in all our best experience of airport parking and one we would definitely repeat.

After eventually finding the carpark because directions were a little bit vague, we managed to find a space at the far end of the park which was about 100 yards from the bus stop. There were many puddles on the tarmac to avoid on the walk back (with hindsight the baggage should have been dropped of at the stop). Otherwise the park was fine and the staff most helpfull and I would not hesitate in using their services again.

very well organized parking and close to the terminal. It was speedy - no waiting for coach either way - so our trip was so much better thank's to you NCP Flightpath.

The earlier you book the cheaper the deal, which helps! Also have the car park close to the airport deserves an extra tick but above all the car parking facilities felt safe and secure and we found the whole experince reliable and without fuss unlike some other outfits! WE would certainly use them again.

Booking up was easy and location is very near to Heathrow behind the Park Inn. Car Park is basic, shuttle bus similar.10 minute wait for the outward journey was ok but 35 minute wait at the return was not. I phoned after 20 minutes and got an unhelpful reply "we run every 15 minutes". Worth spending a little more to get a prompt pick up in my view.

the service was very good, the car park was very near the airport so only 5 mins travel to the airport. the bus was also reasonable frequent.

we had a difficult time finding the car park as there were not a lot of signs posted. Now we know where it is though. Once there everything ran smoothly and we did not wait long for the tranfer in the veginning or the end.
