NCP Flightpath reviews

NCP Flightpath is very close indeed to the airport, very competitively priced and the transfers are frequent and of course very quick as it is so close. To cap it off, you don't have to leave your keys (with other airport parking in the past I have been somewhat suspicious about the additional miles on my car when I returned from holiday). So unsurprisingly I rate this the best I have used and would always try to book with them in future.

Very good value, close to the airport, transfers quick. From parking to airport less than 15 minutes cannot fault. Even return from airport took less than 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Really loved the pricing. The car park is only 5 mins from terminal 3. However, on the way back, we didn't know the timetable of the shuttle and having just missed one, had to wait a bit. The customer service was excellent. I'd mislaid my ticket at some point during my holiday but when I spoke to the friendly customer services man, he was very polite and had my details in his records and he let me through the barrier. The toilet in the customer service facility was also clean. Would definitely use again!

Easy access to M4 & M25, secure carpark, friendly staff and bus runs to T1&3 every 20 minutes, so although it can be a bit of a drag having to wait, if that's what you are expecting it is good value and a very short/quick transfer.

Great location, easy to find from M4 and very helpful service as we were late for flight. Pick up easy on home journey. definitely use NCP again.

Very straight forward to book in and pay in advance. Convenient location with simple drop off and pick up arrangements. All in all very good value.

Good value for money, So for can not find any fault in your security. Transfer was a bit waiting, otherwise I am pleased with overall service.

I arrived late because of pile up on the M4. After a short discussion the drivers agreed to take me before the next departure time. I arrived at the terminal 5 min before the flight closed. I would not have made the flight without the understanding of the staff. Well done.

The cheapest deal I could find close to the airport with a short transfer time, so excellent value for money. However the written driving directions were poor - obvious in the day but it would be difficult to find in the dark, and I went wrong trying to get back to the M4 on leaving. The web site is in need of updating as it does not reflect the fact that Terminal 2 is now open.

Booking, price, transfers and service was excellent. Although directions were thorough be a stranger to the area and arriving in the dark during Rush hour I missed a turn and spent the next half hour finding my way to the car park. A sign off the A 4 would be extremely helpful followed by regular signs around the hotel
