Having used a drop and collect service in the past we thought we would try parking this time at Heathrow. It was unexpectedly close to the airport and no hassle at all. Easy parking and a very short walk to the minibus (not a long hike, as I expected). The transfer minibus was waiting, which had plenty of room and easy to get on with large suitcases. We had to ask the driver where we would get the transfer back and, on our return, it wasn't too clear where 'No.22' was, but that is down to Heathrow not the carpark service. Once again, the minibus came along promptly and we were back at our car and home without any hassle. Good value for money.

Car park easy to find. Instructions easy to follow. Was able to keep my keys. Friendly and helpful bus drivers on transfer vehicle. A really good way of accessing Heathrow terminals with no hassle at all.

Very impressed by the whole experience. We managed to park right by the bus stop and reception so felt that the car would be very safe. Had to wait 10 mins for a bus to the airport(but it was 4am!) and when we arrived back, there was a bus waiting at the airport bus stop so no hanging around. The only comment I would have is the directions/signs to the car park. I admit It was 4am so we probably weren't firing on all cylinders but we did make a couple of wrong turns around the hotel. Maybe a clearer 'Flightpath' sign when you take the left onto the hotel. Otherwise an easy and stress-free holiday and would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Good location for Terminal 1. Transfers were punctual with courteous drivers. Excellent service which we would certainly use again in the future.

This is the first time we had used NCP Flightpath and I'm only sorry we hadn't done so before. I even commented to the guy on the desk that this was the simplest and most convenient parking we'd ever used. Had no problems finding the site - just go up the slip road behind the Park Inn, take a ticket and park up, then board one of the buses. Transfer to Terminal was a few minutes and getting picked up from Arrivals was just as straightforward with no long wait. Recommended.

Price good, close to terminals - just took a few extra minutes to find the place though. Customer service in the office was a little basic but efficient (just not that friendly).

What more could you ask for at the price? Friendly staff, extremely close to the airport and no wait the transfer bus (of course tis was probably luck more than anything else but who cares?). Would definitely use again

car park was easy to find and shuttle service was fast and friendly. staff were great. would recommend and use them again.

Pulled straight into a space, walked across and checked in at the building, straight back out and on to the bus, and at terminal 1 ten minutes later. Just as easy coming back - simple and straight forward - and will definitely use if flying from Heathrow again.

The reviews said it was difficult to find, however a look on google earth sorted any issues out. Overall good value for money and close to the airport, i would say better value than the business car parks i have used in the past.

Previous reviews about the difficulty in finding the car park helped and I had no problems although I did notice that the signage could have been better. The time limit of 15 minutes after getting the ticket verified was daunting as being elderly and with a heavy suitcase to drag across the bumpy car park I did begin to panic as to whether I would make it to the barrier in time.

We found the car park easily, clearly the signage has been improved since some of the previous reviews were posted. the location is so close to the airport I really don't know why anyone would pay to park in the official car parks at all. The airport bus was waiting in the car park when we arrived and there were lots of air crew using this service as well which speaks for itself. All in all would definately use this service again.

Very convenient as it's only a few minutes from T1 and T3 but make sure you've looked at it's location at google maps before going as the instructions on the web site are very poor.

Best value about and it has to be the best location to use for T1 & T3 No negatives to say at all

We chose NCP Flightpath for its proximity to the airport and its price. We were not disappointed. the staff were helpful and friendly. The transfer was quick and, when we returned, we did not have to wait long for the return shuttle bus. We will certainly use NCP Flighpath again.

Couldn't really fault it, nice and simple process, and liked the fact you didn't even have to give your keys in.

easy to find our way there-just outside the airport, parked, went into office, the best thing is that we got to take our keys, within minutes we got on the bus to the airport - a short drive and we're there. On our return there was clear instructions on where to go, we waited for about 10minutes then got on the bus back to parking, procedure was easy and out we went.

Very convenient to Heathrow Terminals 1 ,2 and 3, I was initally apprehensive about sign posting after reading reviews but it was easy to find and the service was very good. Will definitely use them again.
