The buses were clean, easy to find when we returned and we waited only a short time. The staff when we collected our car were courteous, helpful and friendly. The cost for two weeks parking was the best I could find.

I was realy impressed with this place. Especially the day of arrival. I hadnt slept all night and a very nice lady made me a cup of coffee whilst waiting for the next bus (15 mins max). I would use again. Convenientally close to the airport. Great job NCP

My number plate wasn't recognised on exit probably due to me going the wrong way around the car park. However, your man on the night shift was so helpful, he calmed me down and solved the problem with speed and courtesy. A most pleasant experience at the end of my journey, thank you NCP Flightpath!

Efficient, did not wait for more than 5 minutes for coaches, very friendly staff. Overall experience 100% no regrets they will get my recommendation every time Kenny Dobson

We found the car park really easily & popped into the office to check on the procedure. The coach was already waiting & we were at our terminal within 10 mins. When we returned the coach was at the stop & just leaving but when the driver saw us running with our luggage he stopped & let us board. Within minutes of getting back to the car we were on our way home.

Really good experience, CCTV and patrol cars all around the car park, prompt transfers from the car park to the airport provide through buses. Short distance from the terminal. Car park staff friendly and efficient. Worth every penny, you know your car is safe and secure so all you need to do is worry about enjoying your holiday.

very efficient service with automatic check-out if booked online. puntual shuttle buses. it would be much better if the surface of the parking area is improved.

we have never flown from heathrow before, found this car parking off the internet, very reasonable rates and so close to the airport, there in 10 mins having parked the car up, and so nice that you dont leave your car key with them, so your cars in the same place when you pick it up!!! such a joy!!

Car park was easy to find with spaces very near the reception desk (ideal as we returned from Maldives to a very rainy and cold London). Leaving experience not quite so easy as lack of signage to M4 and M25 motorways. Bus transfer was clean with a very pleasant driver in both directions.

In general everything was fine. The only slight problem is finding the place. Entry and exit is via a narrow bridge behind a hotel, and none of the signs actually mentions the name 'Flightpath'. As a result, you're not sure, even when you do find it that you're in the right place. When I mentioned this to the lady on duty, she said that it was the only NCP carpark in the area. Fair enough, she knew that but I didn't! The hotel's car park is in fact also run by NCP.

Did what we wanted efficiently and without fuss. Close to T3 and easy to access via the perimeter road or the M4. Would use again next time except we are flying from T4

Overall a very good hassle-free service with no hitches. All the staff I met were helpful and pleasant. If I have to make one comment I would say that the directions to find the car park could be worded better, but that's nit picking. I would certainly use the service again without hesitation.

all went smoothly, this was the second time I've used the parking, both times very easy and convenient.

Near the airport with easy access and exit straight to M4 and a great price too, will use again

NCP Flightpath was the best value quote we received for parking at Heathrow for 2 weeks. Prior to arriving I was a little concerned about whether the car park was going to be as close to the airport as claimed... It is! I have no complaints at all about the service, barrier opened automatically as it recognised my vehicle registration, a shuttle bus was waiting in the car park and we were swiftly taken to the airport. The return journey was equally as easy, only waited about 10 minutes at the terminal before the shuttle bus arrived. I would recommend anyone to use this car park, I certainly will be a return customer!

I have used Flightpath many times and for terminal 1 or 3 it is the quickest, most efficient car park.

Title says it all really. Booked online, very good value for money in my opinion. Rolled up like a boss, registration automatically read, gate up, parked, bus, flight, holiday. Came back, bus, registration automatically read, gate up and rolled home like a boss...albeit a jetlagged boss. Would definitely use again.

Easy to find, quick transfer to and from Terminal Three and by booking in advance a much cheaper rate than if one turned up on the day. Surprisingly close to the airport compared with other long term car parks we have used previously.

Transfers and parking were fine. However they had no record of my booking when we tried to validate ticket to exit car park. Fortunately I had a copy of the confirmation, otherwise I am not sure what would have happened.
