I would use NCP Flight Path again the parking so near terminal 3 and the transfers to and from terminal 3 were great.

Met my needs perfectly. Reasonably priced parking close to the terminal for my 2 week holiday. Have previously used taxis from my home in Hertfordshire, which is more costly and potentially more unreliable, particularly in relation to arrangements for collection on return. Took an old second car so less concerned about risk of denting by other users getting in and out of their cars, which can be a problem with any carpark. Shuttle service was very relaiable.

Our experience was good. We arrived at the carpark, parked, made our way to the transport,got on, were driven to the terminal and was told by the driver that this was the stop for the return trip. Just as easy and simple on the return leg.

Everything from initial booking through to parking and transfers worked as expected. Did not wait more than a few minutes for bus both to get to T3 and on return. Only slight problem was finding entrance to the car park behind the hotel.

Excellent. Set up easy transfer etc. I will definitely use again but next time I will be sure of my arrival time as I got it wrong and had to pay a hefty extra fee.

Good value, convenient location, no waiting for the bus at either end. Not as hard to find as I had feared.

No clear sign of what to do when entering the car park. The driver who droppped us off to the terminal wasnt very clear on where we would get collected from. Car park located on a one way slip road where there are deliveries and vans consently moving. Car park had pot holes very muddy.

Once you have found the car park, no problems! (Don't park under the trees in Autumn!)

No hassles locating the car park even though it might be confusing for a first time user. Number plate recognition system functioned as expected as I had pre-paid. Ticket issued was personalised. Shuttle to Airport Terminal departed and arrived timely. Waiting was less than 10 minutes each way. Friendly staff. DOWNSIDE: Tarmac needs re-surfacing Shuttle Bus does not drive round the car park. You are picked up and dropped off at the entrance which could be a distance to walk for some with lots of luggage. On site lights and patrols required.

Easy access to terminal 3 and no waiting for the bus. Secure parking area

Easy parking but tight spaces on rough ground. Security seemed good as big flood lights in car park. Transfer really easy and drop off point close to airport entrance.

Used NCP Flightpath for the second time as it is very good value for money and close to the airport. Would recommend to others.

Location was great, literally only 5 mins from T3 and professional mini-coach transfer. Only 2 slight caveats - when we arrived there were hardly any spaces left and we ended up parking under a tree which must have been home to a very large flock of birds as the car had a pile of bird mess a week later! Also when we were waiting at the bus stop on the way home behind a queue, the driver barely stopped before driving off again and we had to chase him up the road - when we caught him at the traffic lights he said no-one had come forward but to be fair he didn't even open the doors. I guess the people at the front of the queue were waiting for a different bus. All in all I would definitely use the service again.

Car park easy to get to and the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again.

A little out of the way and hiding behind the hotel, but so convenient and punctual and helpful. We came home from the U.S. the day before Hurricane Sandy hit (3 days early), and our pre-paid fee was reduced because NCP Flightpath felt that was the right thing to do for people who had to change their travel plans because of the storm. We'll definitely be using them again!

Top marks. Online booking easy. Parking location and shuttle service excellent, being both efficient and punctual. Staff very helpfull. I will always use this parking facility again.

what a great and cheap car park , we parked for nearly a month very good value transfer buses on time only waited mimutes to and from airport,would reccomend to anybody would use again.

I have not used Flightpath before but I was impressed. It was easy to book. We arrived in the early hours and still got a lift to the terminal in the bus. We had very little wait for a transfer back and the staff were helpful. I will use Flightpath again.

Directions to Car Park ok, bus transfers quick and easy, both going and more importantly, coming back! would reccomend to anyone.

It is a very difficult place to find and even more difficult to get out of. However the lady I spoke to (Caroline) was extraordinarily helpful, guided me back and even stood on the bridge to wave me in!! But PLEASE, PLEASE come up with a better map!
