It was my first visit to this car park and as it was dark when I was looking for the car park, a lighted sign would have been helpful. Help getting my case onto the bus would have been nice instead of being watched by the driver struggling. On returning, I telephoned the number on the ticket to say I was at the bus stop and was made to feel that it wasn't necessary to call - if instructions had been on the ticket that would have remedied the problem. The surface of the car park had a lot of loose stones, some quite large and my car had quite a lot of bird guana on it. Apart from that it was very nice to be so near to the airport.

Every thing concerning the booking and correspondence was very good. Everything concerning the system dropping car off, transferring to departures and visa versa was also very straighforward and easy. The only little difficulty we had was with the directions for finding the car park which were given on the ifno email and which I had printed off to follow. The directions for turning off the M4 are only appliactble if coming from London. we were coming in from the M25 and so the directions were wrong. But once we had driven to next junstion and comw back again they were clear. Possibly give directions for people coming from both directions. it is not a very easy car park to find. Even when you have found the Park Inn hotel and are flollowing instructions to drive rouns hotel into the car park it is not very clearly signed and you are not sure if you are not just driving around the back of the hotel!

Very good service closer to terminals than official car parks and we didn't have to wait long for transfers. Only minor negative is the surface of the car park is not the best with a number of puddles. However there were plenty of spaces to choose one to avoid wet feet (and we were travelling in the busy Xmas period). Would definitely use again and recommend for terminals 1 & 3.

Everything as expected, no problems, no waiting for transfer coaches, nothing more to say

We had prebooked the parking space at NCP flightpath. The car park wasn't difficult to find with directions clearly marked once you reach Park Inn hotel. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Special mention to the Somalian lady (don't know her name) who was very professional and smiling and helped us with our queries. Will certainly book again with NCP flightpath. Highly recommended!!

Finding and using the faciltiy was staright forward and I would recommend Flightpath

This parking ,is the cheapest for Heathrow terminal 1 and 3,The parking spaces are roomy,so no worries about others marking your car when they park next to you ,The transfer was great ,i travelled with 2 kids and the driver helped me with the luggage,the journey took a few minutes.On my returns we waited no longer than 10 mins

Friendly and efficient staff, easily accessible park, no fighting airport traffic, reasonable rates, so why would anyone go elsewhere?

On our return from Dubai, we were stuck at the car park in -4 degrees with a dead battery. Mr McFarlane, the manager was very helpful and hospitable with hot tea and chocolate biscuits until the RAC came to recover us. What a great service, thanks again Alastair. Will never use another car park at Heathrow

The whole experience with NCP Flightpath was great. The staff were helpful and very accomodating. The location of the car park at Heathrow was fantastic. The transfer only took 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this company.

This parking service was perfect I will only use NCP Flightpath when flying from Heathrow from now on.Other car parking custermers could only look at us with envy when the Flightpath bus turned up with lots of room for all our cases,as their parking company only had a mimi bus and trialer.

I found NCP online and was glad that I decided to park my car there, not only were they the cheapest compared to the other car park offers but I was able to take my keys with me. The car park was secured with security barriers and the car park was situated far from from the main road so there was less room for any bad situation. I did not have to wait long for the bus that took me to and from Heathrow. I will park my car here again for sure.

Does what is advertised. Was the best price on offer. Easy to find and quick to get away. Prompt transfers.

value for money car parking. So much better than travelling by train to London and then out to Heathrow. Cheaper as well!

I've used several long stay car parks at Haethrow and this was the best. Close to terminal with frequent buses. Staff extremely helpful. Drivers helped me with my bags without me having to ask (I have a disability) and lady on reception was able to sort out the fact that I couldnt locate my ticket to have it validated without any problem. Will definitely use Flightpath again.

Conveniently close to the airport, and a reasonable price (as Heathrow parking goes). Would certainly use again.

I actually was on the verge of missing my flight and Keith, the attendant at the carpark at the time (Sunday 4th Nov, around 6am) very kindly directed me off the motorway and into the carpark over the phone so that I didn't waste any time trying to find your facility and had arranged a taxi at the last minute to collect me from the carpark and transfer me to Terminal 5. He did an exceptional job on a highly stressful morning and probably made the difference between me making and not making my flight. Now that is service :) HUGE thanks
